I placed a delivery order which was free via DoorDash. The store and the driver canceled my order and used my coupons up for this order and I cannot reuse them now. I didn’t find out until 2 hrs past delivery time and nobody told me. I called DoorDash but now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund with no care about the inconvenience this caused me. You could’ve just told me the truth instead of causing me problems, I could’ve just picked it up myself.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dollar general. The manager was lazy and slow moving and did not want to help. When placing my coupons she did not want to take them. I don’t understand how a company like family dollar can hire someone as rude and lazy as her.

The associations are nice enough but lazy as hell. The stock isn't out, dirty inside and out. This is unacceptable. The regional manager should be fired, of he doesn't turn this store around. It's been like this for years.

They need to just close. The store hours say they close at 10 but the doors are always locked way before 9. If the hours have changed then they need to update their signs.

We waited outside until 8:12am. The employees walked in at 8:07am and moved without a sense of urgency as they strolled to enter the store. We had to get out and knock on the door for them to open.
