Now usually I wouldn’t leave a review, but the lack of customer service from this establishment left me no choice. So me and my daughter was in the area and I decided to take a chance and stop by this random nail salon to remove my nails. I had a funeral to attend out of town so timing was everything. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and pleasant. He informed me that the tech will be with me shortly after I washed my hands and to have a seat. Any person that knows me will tell you that I don’t play about my nails, lashes or hair. Honestly this was different for me, but I really wasn’t pressed since I was just needing my nails removed.
My regular nail tech💙 shout out to Andy is the G.OA.T. at Cleopatra Nails on Camp Creek…but he was booked up for the day. Ladies when I say it was 3 out of 4 techs available and they only had one customer receiving service. So I was really confused why no one bothered to take me. It’s like they noticed me sitting there but refused to assist me, it was really weird🤦🏽♀️ Even though I wasn’t sitting long, they’re lack of customer service is what put a bad taste in my mouth. The gentleman at the desk noticed my facial expression and decided he would take me. I told him no thank you as I was walking out. Ladies I spend damn near $200.00 + on my nails without a thought. I want nothing but the best when I spend my money.. whether it’s getting or removing nails. Oh did I mention everyone in there was black. With me being a black female entrepreneur I was more than impressed when I walked in. Never again SMH!

Let me tell you I STUMBLED upon this BLACK OWNED nail salon and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My tech Monique was professional and super courteous and knowledgeable. I love keeping my money in my community. They just gained a new customer! Highly recommend ‼️☺️

Stylist: As one of the first black nail technicians and salon owner's in the city of Atlanta during the 90's and a Nail Instructor who taught many Asians how to do Nails, I am very particular and know good manicurist when I see them.

My first time visiting with my daughter and loved the atmosphere from the time we entered. Friendly and professional staff and clean. The owner was awesome as well. Needless to say, this will be our go to for a mani pedi❤️❤️

Beautiful and professional salon. All nail techs are trained, kind and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for many years and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great service with a great atmosphere. This salon uses quality products and you will not be disappointed. They service kids and adults. Service at DyVonnes is worth every Penny.

I’m from out of town and was not sure where to go for nails. I needed some grown out acrylics off so badly!! So glad I found this place online. Was able to easily book what I wanted online and see the prices, and got an appointment the next morning! Placed a deposit to book. Received an acrylic soak off and manicure with gel.
At nail salons I went to before they would just rip the acrylics right off ? the soaking process here really kept my nails protected and healthy. They’re not even thin and flimsy like they usually are after removal from other places. Love my color and loved the scrub manicure. I believe my tech was Navii, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back here for any nail needs in my future travels.

Had a great experience today at this black owned nail salon. The receptionist/manager was professional and my nail tech Sydney did a great job. The salon is clean and the wait wasnt too long even though I walked in. My nails and toes are neat and the price was the same as any other high quality nail salon. Will definitely return!

I absolutely love this place most places you can only recommend one person but everyone here is great and passionate about giving you the best experience. I’ve scheduled appointments and done walk-in and both times the experience was great. Would highly recommend!
