This month I went in due to a slow leak in my front drivers tire. I was told that I needed tires so they replaced the tires. I came out with a wobbling and Noisy tire, which was not wobbling nor making noises when I came in my tire was only losing air. I came back to see what will be done about the wobbling and noises tire and the employee, then got into my vehicle and pulled off at a fast pace he returned he stated to the receptionist that he did not hear a noise though my breaks are really bad. I got to the facility at 8 AM. I didn’t leave until 3 PM. My SUV is still making the noise and wobbling. With new tires and new breaks. It seems this business is more concerned about QUOTA than a persons safety. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY!!!

Made an appointment and set it for 9am in the middle of the week. Initially was told by one of the reps there that the AC guy was busy and he might not be able to get to my car today which I was more than okay with patiently waiting. After about seven hours, I still heard no word of my price quote for my repairs or anything about my car. I had to call to get any response from them, which they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t fix my car and still charged me. If they couldn’t fix it, why have me sit for close to eight hours and not call me and tell me to come get my car or what’s going on and why should I have to call first? Poor communication and didn’t give me a resolution.

Stuart took care of everything. Welcoming greeting, knowledgeable with the answers to every question that I had. Listen to my concerns did his research worked things out with my insurance and fixed all the concerns I had with my SUV. The shop was clean waiting area and bathrooms clean. Toys for the kids. Comfortable chairs. Manager Sam was attentive to myself and my kid along with every customer who walked in. All the employees were working diligently paying attention to customer needs. Thank you for everything.

I want to recognize Stuart for his excellent customer service. I had my jeep looked at somewhere else and didn't like the service there so I picked up my Jeep and not even 10 minutes later my engine was overheating. I managed to make it to the Firestone Forest Park location after hours and dropped my key in the box. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and Stuart was already on it! He diagnosed my Jeep and saw that the other place had left my radiator cap off and it was empty! He resolved the issue by filling up my radiator and running a full diagnostic. I want to thank Stuart for his diligence and honesty and for the Firestone Forest Park location fixing what the other shop could not fix! Thank you so much! I will visit your location again in the future.

The employees have wonderful customer service and their spirit is very high when helping the customers. I also love the atmosphere in the building. Everything is top notch.

Mr. Stuart and his team worked diligently to get my vehichle back to peak performance. As I stated in my comments earlier, my vehicle was damaged drastically from a simple oil change procedure at another Firestone location. I've never had engine problems throughout the ownership of my car, I maintained the proper operators maintenance since the purchase. This situation created undue hardships for my wife and myself, the fear of the car studdering and stalling in traffic was very unnerving. Mr. Stuart was very informative and worked around my work schedule to assist me in getting my vehicle repaired. I want to thank Mr. Stuart and his team for all of their efforts. I've decided that this location will be my Firestone from now on, and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Again, KUDOS to Mr. Stuart and his awesome team. Patrick Williams

My recent visit to the Forest Park location was overall great. Mr. Stuart showed that he was competent, patient, and friendly. As far as the mechanic, I have not noticed any issues while driving in the recent wet weather and running errands. Thanks to all.

They lied put on invoice tires were rotated and tires were not rotated.....it's not cool how they lie to women. THIS IS SAD AND BAD BUSINESS.
