After getting my car repainted on a recall. My air bag and a triangle light came on. Mr. Steve said go have a diagnostic done on your car, if anything we don't do we will reimbursed you. So I take my car to Jim Ellis McDonald pay 204.97 for the diagnostic. Jim Ellis say Toyota South collision didn't reset my car. Jim Ellis reset my car no more air bag light or the triangle light. Toyota South collision refuses to reimburse me. Telling me they just painted my car. They didn't mention that they changed my windshield. Then try to tell me because the year of my car didn't cause them to reset the car. I have a 2015 Avalon limited edition. Still refuse to reimburse. Also Mr. Steve boss Tom said that he would do another diagnostic on my car, when asked why didn't Steve do it, instead of sending me elsewhere. He replied that maybe Steve didn't know it to do a diagnostic or didn't have someone there to do a diagnostic. But this is after Jim Ellis diagnostic and reset the car. Toyota South collision is dishonest they do not stand by their word. Are admit to wrongdoing.

The people at Forest Park Colllision did a marvelous job on my car. I have a 2016 Honda Accord and was in a finder bender accident and they work magic. They made my car look brand new fresh off the car lot way better than I got the car 2 years ago. I recommend this auto body shop to anybody that need body work done they take they time and fix your car the exactly the way it's supposed to look. Again thank you guys at Forest Park Collision.
