Unprofessional, always making mistakes with driver's paperwork. Understaffed, VERY Small Terminal. Supervisors Don't want to do there job and seal trailers outside so there's often a line of drivers waiting to get sealed in the front of the building. Loads take HOURS to get ready. Almost Nowhere to park at the terminal because Majority of the trailers in the lot are Broken (Red tagged).

This company is one of the popular, but cheapest company ever. Their equipment is raged, and they do not care much about there employees. Their trailers are always in horrible condition, and makes it un save for us truck drivers to pull without rising many dot violations.

Staff are rude. They watched me walk up to their window then walked away. Then the person standing there copying acted as though she didn't see me. A man walks up to her closed window, moves her cover, motions her over. She walked right pass me as if I wasn't standing there and serviced him. (Seemed as though they knew each other) Then I walked over and she serviced me. Poor Customer Service....#IAMAEMPLOYEETOOP.S. The man that walked away NEVER said anything or came back. #JUSTIGNORANT

THE WORST ... and I cannot even stress that enough. This company doesn't even deserve the only star up here in the ratings. I will be filing complaints with BBB and at least 9 more agencies. I purchased a new range stove and a few accessories from GE. It was set to be delivered by this company on 2/23, which they did. Upon inspection, the unit was damaged and I was told to contact GE for the issue as this is how it was delivered. I asked to see the box but they told me it was shipped without the box. But when the company delivered the unit, the damage was exactly where the frame of the hand truck was at. The paint was chunked off and the edge of the stove was bent. The delivery person concealed my view until I insisted to see the damage. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. I also purchased two accessories. The driver brought one box in. After I opened the box, there was only one accessory in there. And when I asked him for the other one, he said, "It's on the truck. Let me go get it." I waited inside until I heard the truck start up. I ran out to stop them but they already started moving and sped off. I called the delivery company at 800-856-6508 and spoke with Cheyanne. She said that she will reach out to the driver to tell him to return the box. After checking with them, she returned back to the call to tell me that they said they didn't have it [even though they told me they did]. She then called the warehouse manager, and she advised me that he told her he has it. I mentioned that I need this item ASAP, if anything, by the following weekend. She advised me to contact GE for arrangements. So I called GE. After several calls, I spoke with someone who told me that they contacted the delivery company to drop off the item by 3/2, which was yesterday. That also didn't happen. So I called GE again and was told that they did indeed contact the delivery company. I called them and Cheyanne answers the line again. She now is denying that we ever spoke and that she is the only Cheyanne in the company. I then advised her that someone may be using her name, but this is irrelevant. Cheyanne denied the fact and became more forceful and belligerent in her approach when I asked to speak with a supervisor [ liars tend to do that] and claimed that there is no one else to assist but her, that she is the escalation team of One, and continued to play the gatekeeper role. I advised her that I was not going to hang up, that she would have to do so. And if she did, I will be calling back and asking for a supervisor to speak with. So she transferred me to someone who was standoffish and really never gave me a clear name. I gave her a synopsis of what happened to which she seemed uninterested but told me there is nothing she can do for me. And it wasn't until I mentioned that I was going to report this company to BBB that she advised me that since I was going to do so that she would have to terminate this conversation. WHAT??? Someone tells a delivery company that they are so dissatisfied with not only the poor service that they initially provided, such as damaging the product, lying about it, and then lying about having the other accessory and total abandonment of their responsibility to deliver while cowering away down the road, but also the disservice and self-inflicted distrust that they built from the delivery driver to the warehouse location, there needs to be disciplinary action not to exclude termination of everyone who was involved with this callous handling of customers. You would think when someone tells this worthless company of their discourse of dissatisfaction to a point of complaining to the BBB, that they would at least pay the minimal amount of respect the customer deserves rather than foolishly and ignorantly threaten to terminate all communications while completely ignoring the basic purpose for what they were paid to do in the first place. This complaint is completely and unequivocally justified to be filed to as many establishments as possible so that ANYONE WHO WOULD EVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WI

Lady at the window very disrespectful,shut the window at your face and then ask you questions,then roll her eyes and tell you speak up she can hear , at least show some respect to these poor drivers, drivers ask not too much just a bit respect, night time guys are asum, my rewiew based on few tours and found ladies same way each time

I have been riding with my friend for the last 3wks this is the worst trucking Co I've ever incountered at least 8 loads were canceled from under him at the last hr he got stuck in Dallas for 4 days w no pay he couldn't get home for important appt that he told them about 2wks in advance. I was thinking about driving w him but no way this experience has ruined me from driving w anybody they truly don't ? care about their drivers!!!!!!!!
