This is definitely the worst place I’ve ever visited to get my taxes done. The person at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t greet me courteously. The supposed manager didn’t have any knowledge about the forms. They never informed me that the person I chose to handle my taxes no longer works there. Their irresponsibility was frustrating. I’m just glad to be out of there.

This h&r block is the worst h&r block I've ever been to. the girl that did my taxes either stole them or totally messed up the account somewhere and now we are waiting even more longer for a refund. She was very young she was on her phone and not paying attention to what she was doing. We are very upset and we will not be going back.

I’ve had my taxes prepared at this location for about 5-6 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. They are great and spoil my daughter with sweets and cake everytime like clockwork. They give great advice and have even made a remote appointment for me. I don’t trust anyone else !

I want to send a major thank you to Mr. Roosevelt! He told me he wasn't available today due to a fire in the building but He still managed to take time to talk to me via phone about my taxes. I felt very comfortable talking to him and got a great understand about the question that I asked him. This type of customer service is very hard to find so I had to wrote a review for my appreciation. Thank you again sir!

I love the customer service.....I been with H&R block for 6 year with Mr. Roosevelt and wouldn't go no where else......I really would recommend H&R block on forest parkway to anybody

Told my fiancé not to file with them any more too much money turbo tax the way to go why pay someone when you can do it yourself plus she said he was rushing like he was trying to get her out of there and didn’t like the fat Mexican lady or whatever she is
