Literally garbage- don’t book freight pickup with them. They’ll tell you 3 days in a row they’ll be in for pickup and never show up. Every time you call they tell you it’ll be another 3 days. Probably the worst I’ve worked with yet

Horrendous customer service! Will make appointments to deliver then never show up (happened 3 times so far) without so much as a phone call. They've had my item for 2 weeks according to their useless system yet they still can't figure out how to get it to me. When you call, they say it's "out for delivery". Can't believe they're still in business.

I wish I did not have to select a star because they do not even deserve that. By far the worst experience with LTL deliveries. There is no honesty and seem to misplace shipments in their own warehouse a lot. They will not deliver when they say they will and still 3 weeks later cannot accommodate to deliver a shipment that they lost in a timely manner.Good luck trying to get a customer service agent on the phone to assist you. Selecting either customer service or Dispatch with divert you back to the main menu. Never going to be using this company to deliver our shipments. BEWARE of Huge delays and no accommodation.

Very unprofessional! My company has been in contact with them for the past 4 days- every day they have told us that the shipment would be delivered but nothing has been delivered yet. After the 4th day they told us that they can't locate the pallet and to call back the next morning. We are on the 5th day and now they are not answering their phone at all!! We have been calling non stop since 11am for about 3 hours now. Not to mention pallets are being delivered with the wrapping destroyed and boxes missing.

They delivered a deep freezer and called when he was not far away so gave me time to get everything ready. Thanks for the awesome work guys

Fees are outrageous. Place is dirty and trash all along the roads leading to the place; Sketchy area. Customer service lacking. Office on customers side is tiny and and reminds me of a probation office. Chain link fence and cameras so plenty you'll forget your not in prison. While I had to wait here the same employee took three smoke breaks. I felt like I walked into the 1984 novel.

Very unprofessional and does not value their customers at all! J&P Hall Express took possession of an item from the company we purchased the item from on March 22. J&P sat on this item until March 30. I called to request an update on the delivery. No apology for not calling to make arrangements for delivery. We did manage to get a time scheduled for the following day for delivery from 3-6 pm. The J&P representative indicated that the item would need to be signed for. I get a call from the driver at 10am! I was not home! Very unprofessional and does not value their customers at all!

Incompetent dispatch,dangerous fleet ,worked there 6 months, broke down about 20 times,had covid breakout in December and did not inform all employees,will be contacting osha,dot,and labor board about the unaccepworkicondition's,,

Ashley and Michelle helped us recently, with an order that was lost with a pilot shipping service . As soon as the girls got our order they scheduled it to be sent to us. And now we have a very happy four year old! Thank you Ladies ! These two was very sweet despite how I was already aggravated with the other company. Again thank you and before you write a review make sure it wasn’t the other company that was messing up your order . Because they too kept telling us it was this company but it clearly wasn’t !

These people are absolutely awesome! After more than a month dealing with other delivery companies, my order was transferred to J&P Hall for delivery. Both Josh and Betty went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I not only received my delivery but I received it right on time. Thank you!!!!!!

WARNING! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is very unprofessional. I had a TV order that I was given 3 different delivery dates and times which NEVER arrived to my home. The male supervisor NEVER called me back regarding my lose item. After 4 days of calling a female supervisor told me she wasn't able to locate my item and it was never on a delivery truck to be delivered (even though they had pictures of my TV logged in their system of receiving it). The customer service I received was a joke. They disregarded my time of taking off of work to be home the 3 false delivery appointments. The employees had me on hold for 30 minutes and then released my call after calling the first day regarding a no call and no show delivery. This is the WORST company I have EVER experienced and I don't know how they are still in business.

This company has a reputation of not delivering on-time. 3 scheduled delivery and still NO delivery! Repeatedly tell me that the delivery will be the next day..Beware!
