I bought a car from here 2 months ago and in the past 2 months the car has broke down 5 different times. Within 24 hours the check engine light came on so I brought the car back to Mack’s supposedly it was fixed along with my drivers side back tire that had a plug in the side wall. Get the car back with no tire repair and 4 days later I’m broke down in the middle of Atlanta for 3 hours waiting on a toe truck since Mack’s refused to help me toe it (note this is the first 2 weeks) so get it back to Mack’s and tell them the throttle control sensor light turned on right before it broke down and they said there “mechanic” was gonna get it going. So get it back and a week later same issue happens so I took it to a mechanic and they changed the throttle body that was completely gone in it. Runs for a week then the Cadillac converter goes out. Replaced all that and now the motor has blow back like a piston has gone bad. This has been an absolute nightmare and I have ended up loosing my job over this whole thing. At this point idk what to do so if anybody can over legal advice at this time that would be awesome.

This place cars were extremely overpriced. I so despised auto dealers that come in minority neighborhoods and prey on people that sometimes are not knowledgeable on prices which happened to a family member at a different car lot. People search kbb.com before you buy a car, know the true value.

This is my second car that I am purchasing from Mack's Auto.They are a family ran business and they will and do work with you if you are having issues with your car, and payments. They are very knowledgeable about auto sales.But I love how they stand by their cars.
