I went to New Image Towing &Recovery to retrieve my vehicle on 8/11/2025. The receptionist with the long black hair asked me where are my tickets for the accident. I explained to the receptionist that I wasn’t at fault someone hit me while I was at a red light. The receptionist says oh ok. I say to her well thanks for assuming that I was at fault. That type of customer service at your business is definitely uncalled for and very unprofessional

Mr Wayne came to the rescue. Cool guy. He was able to tow my semi truck and get it to the nearest shop without issues other than taking both rear axles off to avoid transmission damage. Cost was acceptable so no complaints. Thanks for your services!!

Tomeka and her staff are truly one of a kind. They were so good to me in such an unfortunate situation. This woman took good care of me and made sure I was good in her presence.
