I want to thank the cashiers in Forest park at Peach State for the exceptional service. When I walked in the building all three cashier were so helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the building. My experience was wonderful, they all smiled and I loved how they worked as a team. So thank you again Zyria,Victoria and Anthony for showing me that it's still employee's in the world that value good customer service on March 1.

Parts department needs major management change. Called and placed order with Terrance. Was very clear with order. Ordered intake manifold gaskets, EGR differential pressure sensor, and DPF differential pressure sensor. Pickup number 275355. Came in and went to will call to find exhaust manifold gaskets and Exhaust pressure sensor on ticket. TWO HOURS of waiting and back and forth between front counter and will call desk to get the right parts. I’m a regular customer at the Best Friend Road location and they never disappoint. Cost me and my client unnecessary down time!

READ THE BOTTOMHello,I would like to start by saying this is the absolute worst parts vendor we have ever visited. We called before visiting to make sure they had the part we needed. Computer said they had 2 on hand. We even called another Freightliner location to make sure and they told which stores had the part we needed. When we arrived they had a take a number system running. It took 3 hours to go from 91 to 05. Then we were handed a piece of paper with the part number on it and were told they could not find the part…Let me add when I first got to the counter I ask the guy at the parts counter if he had been busy and his response was”Yes sir, we have to keep America moving.” He proceeded to tell me I could call MHC Kenworth and they could cross the part over and I could buy it from them. He wasn’t apologetic, and really didn’t seem to give a damn that we spent 3 hours there for absolutely nothing. I don’t know if the management is to blame or ??? I just felt it was more than just unable to find the part. If you can source parts from another company. I highly recommend doing it. READ ONIt has been a while and I must say they have completely turned this parts counter around. Structured new business model and implemented it perfectly. 180 degree turn around on purchasing parts. Great job to everyone involved. Just call ahead and it will be waiting on you when you arrive. Thank you

I wasn’t going to write this review because I’m a firm believer in Hashem and I give all my issues to him. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to write this review after receiving poor service from the Forest Park location. I arrived on 2/24/24 for lost of air pressure and slow air pressure build up and was told that they would not be able to provide service until 2/26/24. I told them that I rather wait at my terminal and return on 2/26/24 than leave my truck or go into a Hotel. Later that day, 2/24/24, I received a call asking if I could return to the Forest Park location because a mechanic was now able to service my truck. I returned in 15 minutes of receiving the call. The mechanic took my truck into the shop and about 2 hours later I was told to come to the service desk to discuss my estimate. I was told that the estimate was $4,064 because of driver neglect and I was given a print out of repairs that the mechanic suggested. I was shocked because I do not neglect my truck. The mechanic suggested a new air compressor, air dryer assembly, air compressor discharge lines, annd split air tanks because he said he found water and rust in the tanks. This was shocking to me as I never experienced any water discharges when draining my tanks at the end of my shift. So dismayed, I left being charged $512 and being told that nothing was cover under warranty except for the air compressor. I contacted another Freightliner dealership and my personal mechanic that said this suggested repairs didn’t make sense for the issues I was having. They suggested a second opinion. I took my truck to a second Freightliner Dealership on 2/27/24 and the mechanic quickly solved why my truck was building air slowly and losing air pressure right in the parking lot. He said one of my braided air lines near the batteries had a hole and that was the reason for the slow building of air and lost of air pressure. The repair was covered under my warranty. My truck now operates normally now with no further lost of air or slow air pressure build up. I will not be returning to this Freightliner and I will go out of my way to make sure that I only go to trusted Freightliner Service Centers. Please be aware that this wasn’t my first service failure from this location. This is the third time. My last time with this service center, they took $612 from me only to have the same issue return 3 months later. That issue was related to the purge valve being stuck open and again this shop telling me that it wasn’t covered under warranty. The second service center covered the purge valve under warranty.

Boought a cpc4 on monday February 19,2024 took it to the mechanic shop for them to install and it was bad. Took it back and jerry the manager would not replace it saying it isnt bad but truck reads no trans,gas pedal not working .but its not bad they say
