I recieved two PODS storage containers today. They were delivered by two different drivers. The first driver Kenyatta was absolutely a delight to be around. She was very friendly and personable. The next driver, David Bell, was very skilled in what he did, nice and very respectful. The drivers took the cake this time with me using PODS. PODS is lucky to have them on their team. They made it an excellent experience...quick, easy and put the PODS exactly where I wanted then without any issues. Thank you two!

This is positioned “correctly”? Everything fell out and my dispute was denied!!! Horrible horrible horrible experience. Do NOT recommend!!!

The delivery of the Pod was amazing. Kenyatta knew exactly what she was doing and took the time to do it right. She established exactly where we needed the Pod placed and worked within the space to get the box where we wanted it. She was pleasant and professional simultaneously. She made sure we had the information we needed to make our move a sucess. We will request that she be the driver to pickup and deliver future Pods.

Kenyatta went above and beyond, reversing the Pod when it turned out we had ordered it facing the wrong way. She called ahead and all in all delivery took under fifteen minutes.
