What a nightmare book two pods, big move from ny to Georgia schedule date for both on Nov 24 one was delivered, got a text that the next drop of will be between 12:30to 3:30 it’s now 11:30 pm no call no pod. Now mind you I have a company coming on the 25th to unload and set up. Now here is the kicker when I called I was informed the my next delivery date would be November 29th, and the biggest insult I was offered $50 discount. What a joke.

The drivers who dropped off and picked up my Pod were incredibly skilled and did an amazing job. Overall, my experience with Pods has been extremely positive.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Had to move in a hurry and the 2 empty pods were delivered on time. Once I needed them picked up it was a nightmare getting the pick up scheduled. Thankfully, the new owners did not have a problem with them being there an extra day. Moved into a new neighborhood with an HOA. HOA states that only 1 POD can be delivered at a time and cannot be there longer than 24 hours. I called to set up delivery and they only deliver and pick up 1 day a week in my zip code. It is a metropolitan area, so that is bizarre to me. Not to mention, there is a fee for every little thing. I have spent close to $1000 on the whole process. Absolutely overpriced for the level of customer service.

I was quoted a price when they first dropped off the 2 containers, but it turned out to be more. I was quoting another price for the delivery and it too turned out to be more.

LOVE PODS! They made everything with our move so easy! We used PODS to store items that we needed in our new home but didn't necessarily have room to store at the old house, and didn't make an impact for our house for showings. It was a nice way to clear unwanted clutter! Shout out to our amazing driver, she was a BADDIE!

All pickups and deliveries were on time. I had the 16x8x8 ft POD. Communication was great. Much more affordable than using a trucking service.

I enjoy when I pull up to East Point Ga and see this Man (Mike)busting his butt. Always know what the easiest and proper way to park, helps with assistance. His focus i notice is always on his task at hand. I can almost guarantee . Mike Would be a great c d l holder and get the job done. I wish, I had a gentleman like him maintaining my personal business in north carolina. I wonder what?
It would be like if he was driving forklifts at Pods
My first time at East Point, i did not wear my high viz vest and mike was so professional, when telling me that I needed it. I like him , he's a cool and responsible individual

I was very happy with the professionalism of all the employees that came to my home--from the dropping off of the 2-16 feet containers to the picking up of the same. Will definitely recommend this team.
