They were the only UPS store of the 3 in the area (this one and the PTC ones) that could execute on the printing needs I had, not to mention that all the staff here are beyond wonderful. I spoke to an incredibly sweet woman on the phone who helped me navigate the different paper options for my order - it pains me that I cannot remember her name! When I came into the store to confirm the paper types, Antoinette helped me and she was so knowledgeable, super efficient, and exceeded my expectations in terms of turnaround time! She called multiple times to ensure that everything was as I wanted it to be & I would definitely come back here. Not to mention, one of the times I came in, it was about 5-7 mins before closing and they got a rush of people - they were patient with each and every person . There have been times where she's had a crazy line of people waiting, and her ability to multi-task and get everyone processed and out of the store in a timely manner never seizes to amaze me. “Just when you think customer service is dead, your faith is restored. This Office Depot is not near home or work but I ended up here to buy a particular printer and the experience was really unbelievable! I encountered 4 different employees and every one of them treated me with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond, complimented and assisted each other and did more then was expected. One was the store manager. Today, I passed 2 Office Depots to get here and the same experience! Kinda sad that customer service is so bad these days but this store manager and these employees should be training others in customer service!! Kindness and respect is the recipe for repeat customers!”

I stopped coming or sending any service here long ago because the employees were not at all happy to serve any customers on too many occasions. Great hire UPS!”
“I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”

“Needed to get a LOT of copies printed for a big event. I didn't have a lot of time and I am generally useless when it comes to detailed work. Ebony, the store employee, could not have been more patient and thorough in terms of how she helped me select the best options.
I had several different documents to print for a big conference. Some double sided, some single sided, some in black and white, some in color. I was worried I would get it wrong but she showed me exactly what to do and everything worked perfectly. Thank you Ebony!”
“Buster's Reprographics provided same day prints for 10 drawing sets! After picking up drawings, notice the latest and greatest file sent was not printed. I sent an e-mail AFTER HOURS when Busters closed. Kim, who works at Buster's Pro, called me DURING AFTER HOURS to address any concerns and discrepancies with the prints. Corrected the next day, Buster’s quality assurance call and customer service (AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED) highlights the level of dedication and client centered approach they bring to delivering projects. With critical deadlines, I would trust them with any job.
What sets them apart is not what happens when everything goes right. When expectations are not met, they address them head on making them more than just a print shop! Busters is truly concerned and focused on their customers.

Vic, Pam, and the rest of the staff cared deeply for my child and also helped refer me to therapies he needed, like Speech and Language therapy and Occupational therapy.
