As a female who knows a lot about care and maintaining my vehicle , I can tell u these guys are the most honest ,doing the best work at a reasonable price that I have ever dealt with. Having grown up in Atlanta that's saying a lot. Under stress having to pay oop for body work with attitude and impatience these guys were sooo kind to me. Thanks for great work and customer service! I had just left work at Ft. Gillem and had a flat tire. I stopped at one place (who shall remain nameless) who just put air in it and said I would have to wait several hours for them to even look at the tire. I left and I pulled in at random to ProLan and asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, Harrison said she would help. She got her service person, Errol, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help. He knew he would either have to plug the tire or put on a spare. He was able to plug it, and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Super nice employees who were very helpful. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

I love the fact that these guys prices haven't changed much and their services just seem to get better and better. I always seem to meet some new customer service staff every time I come but I enjoy that and I love the fact that they're very nice

So on 03/26 I pulled in Prolan auto repair b/c check engine light was on. I had a reading done at advanced auto and I was told my Vct needed to be replaced. Prolan advised me it would $84 for the part and the labor was $100, I said ok. I went and purchase the $48 part myself. After Prolan installed it, my light was still on. The mechanic connected his reader and it said the same thing. After 10min he was able to make the light go away; however later that evening it came back on. I had to wait until Monday to return. Once I return the mechanic advise that he replaced what he was told to replace and I need to take my truck to Chevy. I reminded him that his reader read the same code as the one I told him before. The mechanic refused to refund me my money and a advise me that even though the work I had done is typically $50-$60, he charged $100 because he wanted to!!! I choose Prolan b/c they were black owed, and I think that’s the problem! Prolan will never get any more of my money very unprofessional and I had to take my truck to a certified mechanicService: Auto engine diagnostic
