I would put a 0, I was traveling and tried to use bathroom at 2:13 a.m but the bathroom was closed. This is very inconvenient when I put several gallons of gas in my car but couldn’t use the bathroom. If traveling don’t go here, the bathroom will not be open after 12.

Jay C is by far the best customer service person you have in Qt, he deserves 10 stars, he sets the mood and always makes my daughters, mother, wife and I have a pleasant experience and we have seen him at a few more stores, always the same amazing guy This store has came a long way and we are loving the new fountain machines in there. Thank you for it all

First night I ever was referred to price broad company should be proud
Ms Amy stop a recently start being a patriot as well as customer to the store on Old Dixie no it was after 12:00 midnight lot of customers was in break down like Forest Park almost it was really disappointing when I was told the place my drink soda counter or the police would be called I've never heard of a thing such paying for my refills at QT now true enough it isn't that they don't deserve it great company great service and I'm grateful for this particular night I only have so much gas I drove so far just to get that drink was actually not only embarrassed but disappointed in my own financial slump was greatly anticipating the courtesy of cutie and his wonderful appointed attendance
Single out and brutally ostracized
Completely undearwhere,with servers big signs above the drink machine
Been so graciously extended by many in several associates employees representatives of this outstanding wonderful community driving and empowering company
Being denied those drink
Had never been let down or embarrassed

Not really sure how this has just a 2.9 rating on Google. This is the first place across the entire country, from Florida to Colorado and then back again… Where I was greeted coming in the door very nicely. Not just the obligatory “welcome in” grunt that sometimes happens. And then… 10 seconds later, I got greeted again by one of the girls behind the counter. And I watched her genuinely say hello to people over and over again! You guys understand customer service, and I guarantee you it will pay off. I wish this wasn’t as amazing as it is, but it’s pretty amazing! I will now choose your (QT) Gas station/convenience store, whenever I can! Awesome job! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Whoever prepares the slushee machine in the afternoons needs serious retraining. The frozen drinks taste like the coldest flattest soda you’ll ever have. The one I just got is already straight liquid. I only write bad reviews when it’s constant. Also, the bald guy literally called me to the register and proceeded to ring up several people before me. I had 2 items…
To anyone reading, I recommend to just go to the Racetrac a quarter mile up the road. It makes this QT look like a Chevron you’d find in the hood.

I wanted to bring to your attention the ongoing issues at your Forest Park, GA location. Compared to other QT stores, such as those in Duluth or Marietta, this location falls far below the standard of quality and service I’ve come to expect.
• The store is consistently out of coffee beans and other essentials.
• There are never any bags available for pastries, forcing customers to carry them by hand.
• It appears that only one employee is handling everything, leading to slow service and poor upkeep.
• The overall cleanliness and organization of the store are unacceptable.
This location is in such poor condition that it reflects badly on the QT brand. Unless major improvements are made starting with new management I won’t be returning. Honestly, this store is in such a state that it might be better replaced with a Wawa or another business that prioritizes customer service.
I’ll be revisiting to document these issues further, but I strongly urge corporate to take action. QT is known for quality and convenience, but this location is failing to uphold that reputation.

Early morningers DO NOT come here! Bathrooms closed until 5am (god knows why) and no hot tea available in the early hours. Absolutely crazy.
