The young lady in there was very rude she told me to shut up all because I asked was anybody here because the store seemed empty when I went and got my coffee someone needs to do something about that the rudeness in that place I waited at the cash register for 15 minutes

Bathrooms are filthy

Terrible service, we stopped for gas and I wanted to use the bathroom while my husband was filling the gas ⛽️ they don't allow after 11pm and rude employee asked if it's an emergency does she need to call 911, I asked my husband to stop the gas fuel and we went somewhere else to give business. I know that store will not be getting my money and i do not recommend it.

Restrooms are not open 24/7 like all other QTs.

Not very nice workers. Restroom was dirty I told one of the cashiers, they simply said I know and proceeded to dismissed me.

Just stopped here from being on the road for hours and this qt is pretty nice. Very clean store. Was having a hard time finding things and the manager, Esther I believe, was a great help to me.

I have never walked into a qt and could not use the restroom. I spent less because I don't spend where I'm not treated like a human.

Went to QT to get my mom some mocha coffee and the bathroom. Instant no welcome, then went in bathroom floor so wet but only in one stall and to the door going out the bathroom. I ask the cashier a man African American why so much water on the floor . He said they mopped but the other stall was dry. So I proceed to the coffee area get ready to push the button powder coming out and coffee too. I proceed to the same guy . I said sir the coffee machine , he begins to call his workers but one standing at the door on her phone and not sure where the other 2 went . Before I could get out “sir someone is going to get burned” he was like I KNOW . I just left came all the way by my home on hwy 85 where it feels like home. These people pick jobs and don’t want to give the good customer service . STOP BEING SO RUDE TO PEOPLE
