I got all my tires from them. Super quick and super helpful. I appreciate the communication from Ray. I had something in py tires and air was leaking quick, so I called got all my questions answered and went up there within the hour. Super quick and super helpful. The prices are great too! Called and checked on a tire today. Was told it was in stock and was quoted a price. When I arrived there was only one customer ahead of me. Then a woman pulled up, and it was obvious the man working here had more interest in helping her than me. He first told me they didn’t have the tire in stock. I told him I’d called ahead, so he went to go check on the tire. He tells me a price that is higher than what I was quoted on the phone ($110 vs $120 each plus tax) and then when I said I was paying with a card he told me it was $134.95 plus tax. This is no way to do business. I left today, and I will never return. If you feel like rolling the dice on if you’re going to get hustled or not you should go to Ray’s.
For what it’s worth I got much better service and a better price at Amal’s Tire Shop right up the street. For my dollar I’d go there before ever disrespecting myself enough to come back here. Zero star experience.

I drove past many tire shops to come to Ray’s because of their excellent reputation. The manager, Charlie, helped me with a noise I thought was coming from a tire. After a test drive, he said he was sure it was not coming from a tire but still inspected my front end thoroughly to find the cause. He went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. I highly recommend him.

Labor Day flat tire. No one was open or answering their phones except Rays tire. It was a little more than what I usually pay but because they were open in my time of need I will be going to them from now on because emergency happens not only on regular days but more on holidays and I want to say thank you so much for answering when I called and being open . Now that's what I call handling business..
