I went to ROSES in FOREST PARK,GA yesterday and forgot my cane. I called and called but the phone kept on ringing and then hung up. I've tried again today and the same thing happens again today. Why do they have a business phone if they're not going to answer it? This couldmajor problem. What if a person calls in sick.Do they get fired just because employees said they didn't call? This is a business!!! They need to answer the phone! I can't get a response so how AM I supposed to find out if I left my cane is still there? VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!!!! &

Well I went to the location on Jonesboro rd to get a ac unit so I took a picture of it and approach the counter on the opposite side and ask the manager how much it cost because it had no price on it and she proceeded and responded what is that and started spraying Lysol smh and didn’t help so disrespectful to be a manger

Purchased some gas cans from this location and the cashier didn't give me a receipt which wasn't my fault. I tried to return the items the same week because I didn't need them. The cashier that rung me up lied and said she never sold me the gas cans. I have the transaction on my cash app card. They wouldn't refund me anything. They wanted to give me a store credit in which I would have to buy more than my items total to receive any type of credit. Worst customer service ever.

Online say store open at 8am u get there at 8 and they say they don’t open til 9 store on door says 8 too they need to get better management and stop hiring rude ppl

Visited the store today. The store is very junky and nasty!! Boxes everywhere you can't get down the isle's to shop. Employees are rude and have no knowledge of item's they sale won't be back!

I love shopping at this store. Everything is always so neat and well organized. The store clerks always greet you when you enter the store with "Welcome to Roses" which really makes customers like myself feel appreciated.
