“Ms. Jasmine Is our FAVORITE! She’s so sweet and loving and you can tell by the way ALL the kids love on her. She’s so kind, have patience with the toddlers and caring . When my son 1st started daycare, he had a hard time adjusting at drop off. But Ms. Jasmine always asked him do he want a hug and every morning he looked forward for that welcoming hug. She made him feel comfortable and from then, he adjusted and Ms Jasmine is still his comfort zone. We appreciate the ones who take time to love on our little ones while in their care! The staff and teachers made me feel comfortable. My daughter's teacher Ms. Jasmin has been AMAZING. She has been easy to talk to about my daughter with any concerns or questions I have had. She's soo sweet and caring. My daughter feels comfortable immediately going to Ms. Jasmin. It has been such a blessing for my daughter to be around other kids her ages and she has learned soo much! Every teacher she has had..has been wonderful!!! The school is amazing!! I love how they show appreciation to their staff, teachers, parents and the kids..... all the time. “If I could give 6 stars, I would. We are so sad that today is our daughter's last day at Primrose in Grant Park after spending the last 11 incredible months under the care of the incredible staff and teachers of her Toddler 1 class (the only reason we're leaving the school is because we're moving!).

Olivia started in the Toddler 1 class with Ms. McIntosh, Ms. Beckford and Ms. Shanks last August, over the course of these 11 months, she has spent a large portion of her life under the care and guidance of these three incredible women. Primrose is TRULY a home away from home that my husband and I both feel lucky we are able to provide to our daughter. Every day she learns something new, she grows in her communication, her awareness of things, her attention/listening, her kindness and creativity. Primrose is not just a daycare to watch your child while you work, it's an environment where each child is given the opportunity and tools to really explore the world around them! She brings home artwork, new songs to sing, talks about her friends in class and most importantly is excited to go to school each morning, which lets us know she is happy and cared for there.

Not only is her classroom wonderful, the whole staff is. Everyone knew her name, along with my husband's and mine. They knew and kept tabs on our personal life details so they could ask about updates or check-in. There was a time when I was in the hospital for a few days and they took extra care of Olivia after hours without batting an eye to make sure she was cared for. The school is clean, organized, safe and updated. Communication to parents was prompt and detailed.

We were on the waitlist for 18 months for a spot at the school. I will not sugarcoat how this was a long time, considering we got on the list for the infant room when we were just 12 weeks pregnant and weren't given a spot until she was 13 months old. (So yes, we did have to find infant care in the meantime). During this period of waitlisting, we were frustrated with the wait and delays, however, looking back we can appreciate WHY there is such a competitive wait list. This school is so sought after for a reason. So GET ON THE LIST EARLY!! They keep their classroom numbers smaller than the GA standard, which is a benefit, so that your child has personalized care from the teachers. This limits of course, how many children they can give spots to, and this area of town is very populated with young families!

All in all, I can't speak more highly of this school and everything that builds it up. I want to give an extra special shoutout to the three women who shaped our daughter into the growing little toddler girl that she is, because you all have a special place in our hearts!! Ms. McIntosh, Ms. Beckford and Ms. Shanks. WE WILL MISS YOU ALL!! <3 <3”

“My son has been attending this day care since August of 2022. The teachers here truly love on my baby. They greet him by name with a smile, hug or high five every morning. I'm most thankful in the teacher's attentiveness to aiding in my son's speech and physical development. Everyday, he comes home saying new words, and performing new activities, that I know he gained at school. The Director, Mr. Jamel has made it his priority to build strong relationships not only with my son, but with all the other scholars and teachers within the building as well as myself and other parents. We're happy here, and we plan to stay until we transition out.”

“I learned of Flint River Learning through Ms. Nikki. As a former teacher, I know how important this preschool age is. If I were going to send my children there, I would want to know that their day is structured and that the children are learning, while having fun and playing. Flint River offers all this. “The Highlander School, the teachers and director Rukia, are beyond supportive and intentional. It is so much more than a school, it’s a community where my daughter is continually learning about the world, nature, community, herself, and her place in the world. We love that the children are encouraged to experience the world as it is (including when it’s raining). It is a place where the children are encouraged to think about themselves as a part of a broader framework and show empathy and compassion to each other. As a parent I feel engaged in the development of the school and what my child is learning and doing. “Love it. We tried taking our kids elsewhere and no place compares. All 3 of our boys were so well prepared coming from here that they went straight into gifted classes when they started elementary. I have had all three of my children at Kidzz First since they were 6 wks and we have enjoyed it. Every place has challenges, but they handle things promptly and professionally. Even now that our older boys are in third and first grade, they go back for summer camp.”
