“rarely leave reviews unless I'm either extremely disappointed or truly impressed. I started this experience frustrated, but Dev quickly calmed me down and patiently explained everything. After speaking with him, I realized the issue wasn't U-Haul's fault—it was actually my own mistake. Even after the frustration I directed toward him, he remained professional, kind, and respectful. He resolved the situation smoothly and made sure I understood how to avoid the same mistake in the future. U-Haul, you made a great choice hiring Dev. He deserves to be recognized for providing outstanding customer service.”
