“I have a storage unit located at 4474 Jonesboro Rd Today I had the pleasure of meeting DEZ, which is the property manager there I had A question that needed to be addressed he stopped what he was doing without an attitude and was happy To help me, he said he would get with upper management and would give me a return call before the day was out before I can get home. He was on the telephone. He had the answers to the question he had resolved my issue and I just wanted to take the time out and say thank you. We need more people like him that’s concerned about their customers and go over and beyond like he did for me. We can always complain about the bad but don’t want to speak on the good so I’m here to speak good and let him know he did a great job job well done. Ms.Jett”
