I shop at trans all the time and have spent thousands here easily….today I didn’t have much time so around 5 I arrived with my two year old because I didn’t have time to leave him with his dad before their closing time. I struggled getting what I needed and no one offered assistance. When I approached the checkout counter I still needed one more item and Alexis with the stank face didn’t greet me politely or offer to help instead she and the staff watched me struggle with my son. She was not warm at all she reluctantly found the item I was looking for. My son said hi to her several times and she ignored him lol a baby! I guess she was having a rough day and it was near closing still no excuse to treat a paying customer so poorly let alone a toddler. Some people are so evil. I don’t even think I was thanked for my sale/shopping. The other staff is always helpful and courteous. DO BETTER ALEXIS !!!!

This place is amazing and a hidden gem. I've come by a couple times in the past few months and I love the inventory they carry. All the brands, polishes, charms, and necessities. There are plenty of options and all for a pretty decent price. It can be very easy to drop a couple 100$ a visit. One thing I didn't like too much was the fact that anyone was going in and also bragging about it on social media. Nail students I don't mind but when the place is full of the random public it makes less desirable and specialty imo.

Listen!! I love TransDesign, do you hear me???! It's like my nail sanctuary, I'll be there for hours. And the staff are so knowledgeable about all the product and are willing to take time and give you good, reliable info about the products. They got what you need. ????

Place a huge online order of nail polish and wow! They shipped immediately and I got them in a couple days! Great prices and lots of hard to find polishes! I found what I was looking for and more! They packaged up everything very well! Insulated upon insulated upon insulated! I will definitely order again when I need more!
