the lady that works there is very rude , smart mouth to paying customers. she will not help u. i will never go there again. i will drive 30 minutes away before i go back there. the manager didn't see anything wrong with it. i needed help and i got attitude so i gave attitude back. and i'm a very cheerful person. even the person behiind was like dang

I've been to this location 2 or 3 times and each time same great service. Reasonable prices and complete transpircy on what they offer. Very glad new owners have such pleasant attitudes. They take time to stop and speak to each person that enters. Very good add to this plaza

Talk about supporting Black owned...That's exactly what I did. I couldn't be happier that I did. From the warm, authentic greeting received by myself as well as every customer that walked in after me; Constance and Ms. Anna made me feel like I was home. They treated each customer like they genuinely wanted to assist in any way they possibly could. To experience and observe this first hand was an amazing way to start my week. I highly recommend supporting black owned and I highly recommend supporting this black owned UPS store location.

Since Tom been gone, It's much much more pleasant and inviting coming into the UPS store. The workers/ UPS agents are very helpful, respectful, and don't mind sharing their tape if you forget to tape up your box. I'm glad to give 5 stars for the personality upgrade! Awesome work guys!

Tom is great at being unpleasant. Tom is also great at hating people, his job, packages, mail and life. He's the only one there at all times, & the best at making a 10 min visit miserable for others. He's good at telling anyone who comes in that he's the owner. Tom is rude. Tom is angry, Tom is hurting, and he easily shares his bitterness with the only people he comes in contact with every day. Thanks to Tom, I know what pure ugliness looks like. I now avoid his high cost / low service place of business, because he is clearly in debt with his store and doesn't make enough revenue to be nice. Let's help Tom go out of business and retire :)

This place was the absolute worst. The store clerk was absolutely rude I was not properly greeted when I walked into the store. I brought a Amazon return in. Where I was notified that I would have to pay three dollars for six pieces of tape when a whole roll of tape, cost $3.25 . I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location.

Tom is the worst employee. He said 2 words to me even after I greeted him coming in and leaving. He acted as if I was aggravating him at his place of employment. First and last time coming here.

if Tom own this UPS, UPS needs to rectify he racist, a****** behavior representing their brand. i shouldn't have to tell anyone to shut up because tomorrow, they're going to have to deal with me as a physical customer. in business, cold calls represent 50% of business growth/return customers. maybe it was late and he had to go home and s*** out all of his shitty qualities, and to be honest, i would understand. doesn't mean he needs to be shitty towards anyone. alas, this problem is beyond Tom's racist, shitty a** so i don't have much to say except call UPS AND Amazon and complain and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. i've filed my formal report with UPS because I HAD TIME TODAY. Amazon is next. i plan to file complaints until i get a response. if i'm inconvenienced, everybody will be. off to google.

I visit this location several times per month but normally depending on my shopping and returns to Amazon.com. Tom is the worse.. he lacks customer service and just lacks personality lol . The simplest hello, how can I help you will go a long way. I'v read other reviewers on yelp and they feel the exact same way I do. Because this location is the closest to my job and the easiest for me to do returns for online purchases. If Tom ever reads the review of his store I would hope that he cound adjust his attitude to service his Customers. lol

I pulled this location up on my GPS and saw the 1.5 star rating but decided to give it a try anyway since I was close by. I mean I shouldn't have any problem just dropping off packages right? WRONG! When I walked inside, no worker was anywhere to be found. After waiting a few minutes, TOM finally came from the back. He didn't apologize for the wait, say hello, or anything. He clearly saw that my packages were not taped up, but didn't tell me that I had to have them taped until after he scanned my codes. I explained to him that UPS always tapes my Amazon returns for me, and he rudely said "Well not here when people return 150 packages a day." So I walked next door to Dollar Tree to buy tape. I went back into UPS, and Tom gruffly took my packages and gave me my receipt. It's so sad that someone who calls himself an owner acts this way. Never will I ever return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!
