Why does everybody up here have an attitude? Did I ask you to work here, or was that your choice? From the light skin heavy set rude postal lady to the chunky dark-skinned clerk with dreads and her pal CiCi..... the only decent person in this whole place is the maintenance man. This is my third time having to come back because a mistake made on their end since I moved in. What happened to basic customer service—or is that too much to expect here? If I could give -0 I would. And tell that dark skin lady to watch her mouth cause everybody ain't nice ! And I don't understand why are you guys placing anyone's mail on hold because they didn't check the box? By law, is there a requirement how many times I need to check my mail per week? Because once getting my mail from Cici, there was barely any mail and half of it wasn't even mine!

I wish that I knew the womens name that was sitting in the front taking packages. She was rude for no apparent reason. If I could give a 0 stars I would!! Don’t ship out a package at this location! If your gonna come to work upset just stay at home!

Mrs. Latressa Horne has to be the most efficient person as far Customer Service I've ever come across. I had wrote the wrong address on the package, but around the same areas. She followed up everyday bright and early to make sure she updated me about the package. I hope to see as supervisor in the need future, but preferably ASAP. The USPS in Jonesboro didn't have a way for me to write a review or even a survey process. So I'd thought it would be best to just write the review online.

Terrible service received notification that my two packages were held at this location on 6/20 and 6/23 (i didn’t even request to pick up my packages at the post office ) I go on 6/28 to get my packages and told that the packages aren’t even there despite the usps tracker telling me that the package are waiting for pick up

They're doing better. Last year they made me really mad when my birthday card with $150 NEVER arrived. They victim blamed saying my elderly mother should've gone and waited in line an eternity to send it signature required which I doubt would've mattered just don't steal my stuff. However my card made it this year. I also had a package that said delivered but wasn't there for 2 days. I filed a report and it did somehow appear in a day or 2! I think the key is to speak up and call them on it. But yes I can confirm improvement in the last year. From a delivery point that is, thankfully haven't had to go in.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had a package “preparing for delivery” now for several weeks. I’ve filed several claims, only to be contacted by the post office saying .. oh, it’s gonna ship at the time .. and then it never does. Not only am I out the $$ for shipping but the contents in the package were over $100. Freaking ridiculous.

They wouldn’t even tape a package that was sent from usps. I was told I would have to buy a roll of tape for 4$. What in the Sam Hill is going on. U would think I had a huge package.

Very nice people. I swear most of y'all have no life. You come on here crying like the one post of the clerk going to lunch. I spoke to management and there is only one person working. What in the world y'all mad for. GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE LIKE I DID. Dayum y'all are sad

Today, February 20, 2025, this postal office closed down early afternoon. They went to lunch. Put up a sign that they are going to lunch. It is currently 3:59pm, and they are still not back from lunch. Many of us were standing outside waiting for them. We all have to leave because it is obvious that they are not coming back. USPS needs to handle this location. People keep complaining, and they are not making any effort to change. Rather, it is getting worse.
