We were so blessed. We were far from home. The staff members helped us figure out what was wrong. They were so patient, even researching and helping us to make sure we had the right parts and that they work. We can now move on with our vacation in safety. Bless you.

They came through in the clutch! My headlights went out for some reason. I pulled over and the clerk looked up my vehicle. He found the correct bulbs for my vehicle and retrieved them for me. I installed them through youtube university and was on my way!

Well to be honest this is the second starter I bought and around a 30 day. And this one is defective also and I was denied access to the restroom I was informed that it was not open to the public no matter how much money you spent I guess you don't deserve to go to the restroom at advance Auto parts no matter what your condition is or anything

It's a shame when phone callers checking prices gets preferential treatment over a Cash Paying customer standing at the counter ,in the Store,and found my own merchandise...they totally ignored me...I left and went across the street to O'Reilly's
