Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a photo order that CVS printed incorrectly on their side. The order on the app showed the correct cropping. I went to pick them up and my entire forehead was cropped off, making them unusable for my work. The guy working the register said that he didn’t know how to refund or reprint the photos, but to come back another day and speak to a manager. Flash to today, I went in, a sales associate got a manager. A younger 20-30 age white girl with long black hair and she could not have been less helpful. I explained the situation to her, showed her the photos and receipts and pulled up the correct order on the CVS app. She told me that she couldn’t reprint them, refund them or give me a store credit. I asked, “So what can we do about this? This is pretty messed up. These are unusable to me.” And she replied, “yeah, sorry about that” and legitimately smirked at me. I need these photos printed for work but I will go anywhere but here after how rude this manager was. If you have an issue and she’s coming to help you, you might as well just leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. I will NEVER shop this CVS again and I definitely won’t be using their pharmacy again. Me and my Mom went to the pharmacy to pick up my Grandfathers medicine that hospice called in for him at 5:00 on 05/04. We stood at the pharmacy counter for a few minutes before they even acknowledged us being there. Finally a girl walked up was extremely rude from the beginning. She walked up with her hand on her hip and an AirPod in her ear. She said that we would have to pay because they didn’t know the hospice companies information (which wasn’t a big deal, we just needed them to give the pharmacy the info that was needed so we could pick it up without having to pay) so my mom called my grandmother and asked her to have the hospice nurse call back up there, in the meanwhile we were waiting on them to finish the last medication for him. They girl walked back up to the counter and told us that the medicine was ready and we told her that the hospice nurse was fixing to be calling to give the needed information and she very rudely looked at us and said well we close in 20 minutes (when she said that, they still had 25 minutes before closing). She kept giving us a snarky look and rolled her eyes my Mom. Once all of that was done, we were ringing up and she kept looking at her watch, there was a male store employee standing with her while we rang up and when we were fixing to walk off they busted out laughing. She was very intentional in letting us know that we were an inconvenience to her and that she wasn’t happy with us. We were there to pick up medicine for my grandfather that is laying in bed on hospice and dying and got treated like this. Completely unacceptable!!

Do not use their Pharmacy.
Slow service, they will send an email saying your prescription is ready and you arrive and it’s not.
They also have odd hours of operation.
I’ve put up with lousy service for years made 4 attempts to pick up my latest prescription and I quit. No more CVS, I’m voting with my hard earned money and spending it elsewhere.

Emily VERY HELPFUL In using the new hi tech on-line photo machine which I’m not computer friendly ..she certainly went above and beyond step by step to help me plus looked me up in the store while waiting to let me know my photos was ready.Thanks Emily!!! We need more like you in this world!! Just also plain caring like you did!!

The most friendly cvs I've ever came across. Every person in the store and in the pharmacy is always so nice and so helpful and understanding and they all just do their best to get you what you need ❤️ they remember faces and names and they genuinely seem to care about the people who come in.

What happened to patient privacy. Pharmacist literally just yelled all my personal business out loud for everyone to hear. Very poor customer service. They judge people as well.

Do NOT schedule anything online here. Call first. Drove 18 miles to and then back from this CVS trying to get a Tetanus shot. They had ample time to cancel the appointment due to their circumstances but wait until I am at the pharmacy counter and sitting down in the Minute Clinic area to tell me they don't have ANY vaccines because all of theirs are expired. The pharmacy employees aren't paying the slightest bit of attention and can't even seem to see online appointments. 1/5, at least for the pharmacy. It's not just this location. Most CVS locations in middle GA have structural problems. This one took the cake for me.

This CVS has some outstanding employees. The store manager is very nice. You see him working not standing around like some places. Gets to know his customers. The pharmacy staff is so amazing. During my visit today, Jaderius provided excellent customer service. When I entered the store, he was stocking a shelf. He stopped and greeted me and asked if he could assist me with anything. I needed to have a passport picture taken, and after a long day at work, my hair was a little messy. I asked him if he could lay my hair down before taking my picture, and he was kind enough to do so. He is a respectful young man with superb customer service skills. You can genuinely tell he cares about the customers.
