This CVS has some outstanding employees. The store manager is very nice. You see him working not standing around like some places. Gets to know his customers. The pharmacy staff is so amazing. They are friendly , helpful, go above and beyond. Remember customers name. We love them to pieces. Just the best!best of others. There seems to be

During my visit today, Jaderius provided excellent customer service. When I entered the store, he was stocking a shelf. He stopped and greeted me and asked if he could assist me with anything. I needed to have a passport picture taken, and after a long day at work, my hair was a little messy. I asked him if he could lay my hair down before taking my picture, and he was kind enough to do so. He is a respectful young man with superb customer service skills. You can genuinely tell he cares about the customers.

I stopped to get some snacks since I’m broke down and staying in the super 8 motel. I went to check out and there’s 3 people standing up at counter but the blonde grumpy woman insisted I use the self check out I said I don’t like using it she got really rude.We ask not to be forced to use self check outs why can’t you just do your job and check us out. We don’t get paid or discounts to use it

Pharmacy is supposed to be open at 8AM..was still closed at 9AM. No apology, just told to wait or call at 10AM and hopefully they can help then. Called and was hung up on twice, called two more times and no one picked up. This is ridiculous!

I arrived to complete my covid screening, that I registered for online. I followed the direction from my conformation to arrive at 9:30 a.m. I presented the lady with my conformation paper work. The young lady working the drive-thru was rude and did not want to assist me due to an error in the pharmacy system. I had to request that she call the help desk. I wait in drive-thru for 45 minutes to complete my screening. Worst experience ever.

Ladies working up front were nice. They acknowledged me when I walked in, smiled too. Woman in pharmacy didn't even look at me, no smile, nothing. She was not pleasant at all.

They leave me without medication I really need almost every month, which leads to a lot of anxiety and tears. Go elsewhere for pharmacy needs!

I think they are great. Don't always have the medications my daughter needs in stock, but that's not their fault! Lots of sick kids right now.

I have visited the CVS about 7 times since moving to Forsyth in July 2021. Except for 2x it has been through the drive through pharmacy. The 2x I used the inside of the store the employees were helpful. The store was average for being tidy and well laid out. Any CVS we went to whole living in Phoenix was almost always ultra clean and flawless inside and out. This location did have trash outside strewn about each time I have visited.I will advise people to check other pharmacy discount apps because CVS tends to charge insane amounts over some other pharmacy. CVS wanted $185 for my prescription through a Goodrx app discount. Publix in Macon wanted $18. My Losartan, CVS $223, Publix in Macon $34. Often times I can get my prescription for far less than my health provider cost is, through the app.I can say each time I have been through the drive through window the employees were helpful.I did on one occasion sit in line behind a truck at the window for 26 minutes. I am sorry, but the employees should have sent this individual to to park and come back when they were ready or had the info inside to complete their order.Anyway. Be sure to check your prescription prices elsewhere. Since CVS bought Aetna health (our health provider) last year apparently they think they need to make up for that purchase by charging insane amounts for a prescription other don't.Our pharmaceutical pricing at pharmacy need to be regulated. There should be no reason whatsoever I can go to one pharmacy and get my prescription for $34, and another pharmacy is charging $223 for the same thing. It is highway robbery and our government is allowing this robbery to occur unrestricted.I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 because of the insane price gouging.

I am at another Job and my insurance has not kicked in yet. They helped me lower the pricing with coupons I didn’t even know were available. Very friendly and accommodating.

Pharmacy staff are rude. They will ignore you and when they aren't complaining about their personal lives they make comments about customers. If they cared about customers as much as they care about food we would be very well taken care of. Thanks boom boom squad at cvs
