I give Floyd’s Body Shop a 5 star review for their above and beyond service. After a deer ran into the side of my car Floyd’s was recommended to me. In a time when customer service is lacking it’s great to know there is a company with such a great attitude to please their customers. The work was completed in a timely manner, perfect paint job, and can’t tell the car was ever damaged.I didn’t have to deal with insurance company to get my car repaired to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Floyd’s Body Shop if you want the job done correctly.

I've always heard pretty good things about this business, but I've never had the fortune/misfortune to have to use them. Well, that changed when I was rear-ended by someone who clearly was not paying attention. From the very start, they were very clear on their communication about what the process would be like after I explained I'd never gone through this process before. They explained their previous experience with the insurance company that I was going through and what I might expect. But overall, it was a pretty seamless process, thankfully. When I got my car back, it was probably in better shape than when I dropped it off with them. Everything looked very nice. I saw no issues, other than some super minor green paint/marker on one of my windows. Honestly I'm not even worried about it, I can scrape it off later.
The only real fault I have with them is that their communication was a bit poor. I had no estimate communicated until I called them first. When more damage was discovered, it was the insurance that informed me rather than them. I wish they had communicated progress a little more frequently or even something as simple as some text message updates.

Sadly I struck a deer and my vehicle ended up being a total loss. Floyd's did their part in a timely manner while we had to wait on the insurance company. Should I need any body repair in the future I'd gladly return.

My family and were driving from Atlanta down to south Florida in early April, when a large object (a garbage can, maybe) fell off of a truck, causing us to swerve abruptly in order to avoid to. The object hit the front left side of my bumper, causing some damage on the left side and under the car. We pulled off the highway and ended up at Floyd’s, the closest auto shop to where we were. I spoke to Ed, the owner, who knew we were an hour into a nine hour drive. He put the car up on the rack, assessed the damage, and took some plastic straps and secured the bumper. He assured us that the damage was minimal and that we could make the rest of the trip safely, but that we should bring it to our local repair shop when we returned home. He was SO kind, professional and sympathetic to our situation, having seen the fear on my kids’ faces that we would not be able to continue on our trip.
I can’t recommend Floyd’s enough.
