Very dirty ladies restroom! Absolutely no soap in the dispenser (looked like it hadn’t seen soap for a long time!). There was toilet paper but the holder was broken open exposing a sharp plastic clip. There was old duct tape in a failed attempt to keep it closed. Toilets were very dirty.
