On April 3rd around 10:00am I found an item that had a “for sale”sign, it was a good value on sale. I tried checking out with it and other items, the item that was on sale came up full price. I questioned the cashier and she contacted the manger on duty. While waiting, the manager responded on the phone to the cashier that it wasn’t on sale, and there was no sign (That was an intentional Lie). My son and I both saw the sign, I asked him to stay at the register while I went to the section. The manager on duty was there with another employee. After looking at her hand I noticed that she had pulled the sign, then proceeded to show it to me explaining the sale had ended. I expressed to her, that is misleading and I should have it at the sale price and that I’m here all the time and it’s not my fault. Please be mindful I never raised my voice or responded in a disrespectful way. Her demeanor became very condescending as she walked away. She later showed up at the register with the
same expression and attitude as she discounted the item. As I continued to shop, I witnessed her interaction with an older couple easily in their seventies. I felt so sorry for them they were ignorant of the store layout and she just kept pointing. She never walked with them. This mistreatment of the elderly is terrible. I’m a regular there and this is not my typical experience, hopefully it will be addressed in a meaningful way.

Bought a brand new Bad boy mower last year. Have had a few issues with it and can't get no help. Even through the extended warranty. I keep getting call backs and emails saying they have no one in the area to service it. Tried going into the store for help and got the same treatment. The extended warranty is useless and the actual warranty of the product is useless if we can't get service on it.

Had a very bad experience today! I went up to tractor supply at 9am hoping to get chicks! Was told by both employees one being the manager for the day, that they had just got some but they had to give them water and would put them out at 11am so I told them we would be back at 11 and so my husband and I hung around town and went to a few other stores to pass the time! Went back to tractor supply at 1015 and was approached by an employee and told they were gonna put the chicks out at 1030! And I was like ok good we won’t have much longer to wait! About 10 mins later was approached by same employee to tell us they were about to come out! We walked over to were the chick cage! And the second employee the manager came up and said how can I help you and I said I was waiting to see what chicks are coming out! And she looked at me with an very unpleasant face and said there are not any more chicks coming out! So we waisted our morning and lied to by both of these ladies! I feel like someone came up and told them they were gonna buy all the chicks or somthing! But I don’t feel that we were treated right because they knew we waited around and we were not even given the opertunity to even see the chicks!

Everyone is always kind however Abe stood out today by going out of his way to ask us if we needed any assistance even tho he was in the process of doing something else. We asked for some rabbit feed he stopped what he was doing to grab us a bag from the back. Excellent customer service.

This store hardly ever has the inventory that it shows on their website. Today the store showed 6 of these items in the store. When I talked to an associate he told me they might have the items in the back but he was not allowed to go back there. It has away been a waste of time to visit this store

This is more of a consumer beware announcement. I have always been a loyal customer and fan of Tractor Supply. I purchase my animal feed and landscaping materials/equipment from them. I was recently sold a Toro push mower. The sales associate mentioned a power plus protection plan. She said the plan is a “No-hassle” plan. If anything happens to the mower within the year of protection, you just bring the mower back to us and we either fix, replace, or refund your money. I do not generally purchase these additional offerings but this time I did. The mower ultimately blew up. I brought my protection plan packet, original receipts, and lawnmower with accessories back to tractor supply as the sales associate advertised and recommended during the original purchase. Sales associate called the store manager and store manager said that I would need to file a claim with Asurion and Asurion would likely issue me a e-credit that I could them use to replace the blown up mower. She was very nice and respectful but definitely singing a completely different tune then the “No hassle” tune I was originally listening too. I left the store and called Asurion. I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got one of their sales associates. She then told me that I could file a claim but that it would have to be through Toro as they have their own parts/manuf warranty process but they would be willing to file it for me as a courtesy, puts me on hold. 15 minutes later she comes back on the phone and says that I will need to drop the mower off at a location that is a 2 hour drive each way from the store/location where I live. They would assess the mower and decide what to do from there. I told her 2 hours each way is to far to drive. She said they would have to meet with an advisor to determine if there was a service center that was closer but that would take a few days. I got a claim number and concluded the conversation. Long story short. The grass is getting tall. $500 on a mower with a “no hassle” warranty plan. I would advise any and all consumers reading this post to avoid purchasing any of these protection plans as I am getting the run around and the mower is not operational.

My husband was pulling jet skis from Florida and had a tire blow out. It was 8pm on a Friday night and they needed a specialized trailer tire. While on the phone, an employee at this store looked through the tires and found two! The employee brought them to the register and when they arrived they were waiting for them. Wonderful people at this store!

Picked up a trailer this weekend. Passed over the carryall house brand for a karavan. Absolutely amazing quality and well built little trailer. Was able to snag the 0 percent interest finance deal theyre running. Cant really go wrong. The Manger Erika was absolutely great. Made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!

They have a good assortment of hardware. The sales staff is a bit young and not very knowledgeable if you need help with most of the items in the store.
