Worst experience with a dealership in all my years of buying vehicles. First, they were very hesitant to give me my interest rate. Then when he finally did, it was as high as it could possibly be considering excellent credit. Then after telling me he had to use a certain lender because it was certified, he eventually changed his mind and started coming down on my rate. He eventually matched my rate which I had shopped. Not a pleasant experience. Good luck but don't expect a good deal.

I had oil change year’s ago. Service department tried to convince me I needed new brakes and rotors. I knew I didn’t. Next time for oil change I went somewhere else. I had them to check brakes and rotors NO PROBLEM with either one. I am a women and had enough knowledge and sense that they were trying to get over on me. Pull the wool over my eyes NOT!! I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO HUTCHINS FORD!!

Had a great experience at Hutchinson Ford. Atun and Dana were awesome. Very good experience and good service. If you're in the market for a Ford, I recommend checking them out.

Austin Bailey. My experience with this salesman was beyond believable. I live in Prattville Alabama so my purchase was a lot more complicated. But Mr Austin Bailey made everything work so smoothly and that’s because of his professionalism. The job he did to help me get this purchase done is remarkable and he should be commended for it.

They asked for my review. I wasn't going to do this... but here it is:
I received a recall notice in the mail for the Takata Airbag Shrapnel Recall. My wife inherited this truck (1 owner) from her father upon his death two years ago. She has also read about 28 DEATHS from these defective airbags. The recall says "DO NOT DRIVE" your vehicle. It describes options of having a Ford Technician come to perform the recall at your location, or dealerships offering to have the vehicle TOWED to the dealership. Neither of these options were offered, and I was told to DRIVE my vehicle to the dealership for the recall. I'm already non-plussed, now about you? They want me to GO AGAINST THE RECALL and RISK MY OWN SAFETY to bring it in. MY WIFE is ANGRY and FRIGHTENED that I'm giving in to this. I reassure her that it'll be fine, despite the thoughts that if I'm wrong, she's gonna sue the crap out of this dealership if I'm hurt or killed.
I ARRIVE 15 minutes before my appointment time. No staff are visible on site. I wait. I am greeted by the service writer and told that I would be getting the recall done as well as a "Complimentary Multi-point Inspection." I told her that I declined the CMI. SHe told me I COULD NOT decline. SO I told her I REFUSED the CMI. She said, I can't allow you to do that. SO I said, it's not COMPLIMENTARY, but rather MANDATORY? She went inside and returned with the SERVICE MANAGER. SO now I've got TWO employees against one "me" (Confrontational) telling me I had NO OPTION. When I tried to relate my story up to this point with another dealership in the next town... He cut me off and said it didn't matter if I took it here or there or another place, they were all going to do the same thing.
I plainly told the two of them I didn't want anything touched or "looked at" on the truck; I was here for a FEDERALLY MANDATED repair that they are obligated to make. I was NOT there in an "elective" capacity, and I should not be subject to accept something I DO NOT WANT. I AM AN ASE Mechanic, and I am AWARE of MANY deceptive practices used to "CREATE BUSINESS" in the repair shop. I will have none of it. They finally told me I had NO CHOICE, if I want the airbag recall done, I would have to submit to a COMPLETE SAFETY CHECK or DRIVE AWAY IN MY VEHICLE I'VE BEEN TOLD NOT TO DRIVE. This is a new level of preposterous, ridiculous, ironic, moronic, idiotic poor excuse of customer service. I RELENTED. Because I knew my wife would be angry at them either way BUT MORE ANGRY if I died with a Takata Airbag Shrapnel through my jugular vein on I-75.
WHEN I PICKED UP MY WIFE'S "heirloom" Truck, the service advisor stated she was required to tell me what they found on their "SAFETY INSPECTION." This is where it gets good. She told me that I needed to do 1. Fuel Filters 2. Spark Plugs and 3. My right front tire "has some wiggle to it." I JUST PUT THE CORRECT, NEW MOTORCRAFT SPARK PLUGS IN {WITH NEW PLUG WIRES) LAST WEEK!!! The fuel filter has been done within the last year. And when I asked her "How much runout/ free play did they measure at the right front tire," she just told me I'd "have to jack it up and see how much it moves. I drove it home and checked it. For 288,000 miles, the measured free play was at 0.15mm which may be 0.02mm out of spec, but let's get real. WHAT'S WORSE? My Power Steering Pump has had a slow leak for months if not years... the bottom of the truck has a nice light coat of PS Fluid... NOT A WORD WAS SAID ABOUT IT. My wiper blades are old, hard, brittle... NOT A WORD WAS SAID ABOUT IT. My rear differential has excessive gear lash AND excessive axle end play ... NOT A WORD WAS SAID ABOUT IT.
So the mandatory "Safety Check" was A JOKE and an invasion into the Free Will of my vehicle ownership. NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE to tell me

Needed a vehicle ASAP. Shopped local and found a Ford Edge here in Forsyth, Ga. Received top dollar for my trade-in. Just a few minutes later, I had my new car. Austin Bailey did a great job representing Hutchinson Ford. 10/10, would buy here again.

We had a flat tire on the interstate going through Forsyth. Made it to the Hutchinson Ford exit and went to the service department. They immediately patched our tire and got us back on the road. Very helpful and kind. Great experience.

Antu is the coolest salesman I have ever met! He and Dave helped answer questions I had regarding my previous car (which had been totaled in a car accident). They made it so easy to find my next car. Thanks, guys!
