When we lost Theresa on our Bolingridge neighborhood route we really went into a tailspin of problems with our mail. We finally got Nikki and things are running smoothly again. She is a precious soul and such a happy person to greet! She leaves dog biscuits for our 2 pups every time she comes to our home. Thank you Nikki for a wonderful job and restoring our faith in our Forsyth mail service! You are the bomb!

Called USPS to speak with someone on April 24 because a package I sent from the Dallas, TX area had stopped tracking. An investigation was opened by the Forsythe USPS office. I received an acknowledgment email and then they closed it the very next day without an email response. I shipped this package on April 14th and it hasn’t tracked since April 20th. Where is this package USPS? Where is my email resolution? Poor customer service!!

The mail is getting slower, other people's mail in my mailbox and Saturday March 1st the guy put my keurig box on the ground rather than bringing the box to the door and today he was seen dropping a box off on Oakridge drive on the ground. He's driving the white postal van.

Most disgusting service ever. Can't even get my packages not my mail because they they are considering me moved when I haven't. The guy behind me did. Then can't even talk with anyone over the phone about issue. The automated postal service sucks as well when you need something done. I guess I will have to get an attorney to get it straitend out it's been going on two years like this.

After reading the other reviews - apparently nothing changes - I’ve been waiting on STAMPS ordered from USPS - for 4 days now - they received them - won’t deliver them - marked my residence as a closed business twice now - won’t answer the phone - it’s ridiculous! They mark the package as undeliverable at 10 pm at night.. guess when your the only one in the game - customer service and standards don’t exist.

I don't think this is how it supposed to work!!!! Unless you are setting people set up to get their stuff taken. This is not how you get appreciation if you value your job ! Please be more considerate of older people, or the disabled .

Worst service ever. Packages stating they were delivered but were not. Slow delivery once it gets to Forsyth. Boxes from Amazon ect strapped to top of cars. It's no wonder they loose your Packages then claim they delivered it. Also customer service was absolutely terrible. She stated "yes your package was scanned as delivered along the route but gps did not show as your address. Oh well I'm sad you didn't get your package maybe you can call who sent it and get a refund". Mabe law enforcement needs to start investigation into the issues at this post office I'm sure there is some shady dealings going on.

If our regular carrier is on vacation, we do not receive our mail. Last year we did get delivery for a full week.
