I would normally dread having to visit my Verizon home store being I prefer to solve my problems online! But the store manager was there today and she was an absolute delight! Full of good humor and made us feel as if we’ve always known one another. Full of hospitality and professionalism. I wish I would’ve caught her name so I could officially thank her for making mine and my family’s visit so wonderful. #Juicycrab

My wife needed a new phone so we went to Verizon to see if we could get one and add her to my account. She had T-MOBILE and never had service anywhere even after letting tech support try to fix it twice. T-MOBILE wouldn't take the phone back. The folks in the Verizon store went over and beyond, and we both ended up getting new phones while we were there.

Please if you live in Forsyth do not get the 5g gateway . Between the hours 6pm and 2am your down load speed will be less then 1mbs. I have called customer service at least 10 times. With the same results. Nothing they can do. Absolutely a rip off I should be able to pay half for half the service. Are there better companies out there that can produce more the 36mps at all times??
