While this isnt the worst PX, it could use some work. Items are often times not in the system, missing price tags, or priced incorrectly, so self checkout sends you to customer service. This can lead to long wait times and you can tell the employees are frustrated (and really cant blame them).
Not a complaint but a heads up. This is a super busy px compared to other bases due to trainees, graduations, and family days. Thursday-Sunday can get slammed so just plan to go at an off time.

Recently I’ve been in the exchange more than I’ve ever been because of the awesome sales. And every time I go I make sure that I get help from Donnie Messer he is very professional, interacts with customers and does his best to ensure our needs are met. He also knows his job well!!! I’ve had great experiences with him.
