PX Employees are unprofessional, several use profane language infront of customers, including children. Employees are not welcoming or helpful, these are entitled people who need retrained. Sure, there are good employees but too often the unprofessional ones out shine them.

If you live on post, it’s more convenient and safer than going off post in Columbus for sure. If you’re looking for decent prices and a big selection merchandise you’re probably better off making the drive to Target. If you’re trying to pretend you’re not in the Army for the weekend, then find another place to go hangout. Tons of bald privates will crowd this building on Saturdays and Sundays because it seems like they have no other place to go. There’s a decent tattoo parlor inside this exchange, but all the other little shops and kiosks are pretty much like anything else you’d find inside a military mall. If you want to try to eat dinner here then be warned: the food court eateries may try to close earlier than their posted closing time. The clothing store hours also suck if you’re trying to get a needed uniform item and can’t get out of work/class until after 1700. They will close at 1800. The military clothing store should have the same hours as the main department store.

I visited the post exchange today at Ft Moore GA. The selection of items are great. The clothing items on clearance are the best deal. Since most items are tax-exempt, everything is affordable. People who work there are very nice and helpful. Nice selection of boutique shops and food mall area available.

I can always find something reasonable at the Exchange. The food court has decent food. I can always get a good Philly cheese steak sandwich at Charley's.

Store was clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and proficient. Music was loud enough to hear, but not so much to blow your eardrums :)

Its your typical PX. Clean, large and nice staff. Good food choices in the food court. Hours have early bird starting at 0900.

Visited the main exchange at Ft Moore GA, haven't been there since 1997, when it was Ft Benning. Which I still don't understand the whole point of changing the name and I do disagree with the decision to do so. Selection of items is great. The clothing items on clearance is the best deal, even though its tax exempt everything is over priced to make up the difference. You could probably get a better deal at Walmart or elsewhere. People who work there are very nice and helpful.

The representative was very unprofessional. I asked her if the PX sold money order, and she said no, they Western Union. Then I asked her if she had a pen that I could borrow to write a check. She threw the pen, I brought that to her attention, and she said how they have working or doing so many things. I then told her that she was working in customer service. I handed her my ID card. Instead of giving it back to me, she slid it on the counter. In the end, she said that she always placed the ID on the counter, and she went on to say it had been a long day. A person working customer service needs to always have an upbeat personality. One of the reasons I stopped coming to the PX is because of the customer service that they provide. It is poor.
