I scheduled an appointment at 9 am and then was told the tires wouldnt be in till atleast 11 my car wasnt done till almost 3 I dont understand how it takes almost 4 hours to put tires on after it was already delayed by 3 hours the timing was ridiculous. I will probaly never go to another fire stone

I've been to multiple locations in the city and this one has the best customer experience from start to finish by far... not even close. I will make this my primary location from now on and recommend this location to everyone as long as you are able to get on post. Keep up the great work from the service writer's to the maintenance team. Thanks for your Service, first impression is a lasting one.

I had a flat tire that quickly turned into an emergency, as I needed my vehicle repaired immediately. The customer service I received was outstanding. James and Carol were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to assist. They ensured my vehicle was taken care of promptly and professionally. James also took the time to explain important information about tire replacement for the future, which I truly appreciated. This is a great team that goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended!

Service in the begaining was great. Mr. James assisted me with finding and purchasing the tire that I wanted. After receiving my itemized bill through email, I seen I was charged for road side assistance which I wasn’t briefed on and didn’t ask for totaling $132.00. Tires were ordered and the next day I dropped my truck off and picked it up without any problems and was reimbursed for the $132. I then noticed the air in my tires were not the same pressure. The following day I stopped to equal out the tire pressure and realized that every single lug nut slot the paint on my rims have been scratched up to where it looked like either the socket or pneumatic air gun was resting while in use and a center cap was broke. I took my vehicle back to James at Firestone and was told to order a new center cap and he’d reimburse me and I am in the process of getting a quote for my rims to be repaired. I’m not asking for anything new. Just for the damage that occurred be repaired.

WORST EVER. Had an appointment, arrived 15mins early, they said to wait 4 more hours, but service is not guaranteed because they are backed up.

Store manager agreed to a price for an a/c diagnostic. Went to pick up the car and he had charged for a full evac and recharge (which isn’t what was agreed upon. There was no diagnosis charge anywhere on the invoice. When I made it known to the clerk he called the manager and all he says is that the best he can do is have them suck all of the Freon out and then charge the diag fee. Be careful with this location and shady store manager.

My tires are hard to find. They agressively sought out the tires, and got me the earliest daye for replacement and alignment. In just over an hours time on Friday, I was back on the road, and a job Well Done.

I was on base at Ft Moore (formerly Ft Benning) and had a flat tire, certainly very close to the Firestone shop. The service was great and I'll be highly likely to do future business with my local Firestone shop. And I will brag on the great service I received at the Ft Moore shop.
