I would give zero stars if it were possible. Substandard care both medically and administratively. Places like this are just another reason why good soldiers don't want to stay in the Army.

None of the doctors believe me when I say that I am in pain. Instead, they love to argue and tell me it is all in my head, or send me to another doctor just for it to lead to nowhere. The pain is so bad that I am getting zero sleep and constantly crying. Dr. Patel loves to argue. He has never actually listened to me or any of my concerns. He will rudely cut you off mid sentence, and give out his opinion. I truly believe none of the doctors know what they are doing. Pharmacy is a nightmare. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare.

I declined taking a Covid test during an ER visit and I was treated terrible. I mentioned how I felt like I’ve been running a fever with intense back pain and body aches at a level 10. No one offered me any meds to help relieve the pain until I asked. I waited for a very long time before even receiving the meds. No one offered me a warm blanket when I was curled up on the table in a ball until I asked. I was very dehydrated and even mentioned that. No one offered any IV liquids to help. When they came in and tip toed around saying it was Covid they mentioned how they were getting my meds ready or something to that effect. The nurse practitioner only saw me once when she asked about my symptoms. Never saw her again. I asked if there would be anything specifically to help with the back pain and body aches I was experiencing. The guy said he would ask and see. I never heard back from him. A different guy came in and gave me my meds. He did not go over the meds or papers at all, because it was all Covid paperwork and of course your standard military facilities they send you hope with the basic meds you take at home (ibuprofen, actephamine, and cough medicine) spent hours there it seemed to get barely any help. I didn’t even have a cough, stuffy nose, or any of that mess. All I can say is they have better not went against my free will and tested for Covid when I declined.

This is a great facility overall. The exception will be the out patient lab, 1st hour in the books and still waiting to be called. Twenty numbers still to call before me. Second hour in the books. Ten numbers to go. Looks like a three hour wait for bloodwork after fasting for 12.

Dr. Patel in oral surgery is great. So is the rest of his team. They got me in asap so it wouldn’t affect my training.

This place likes to play phone tag and The lady that you call to schedule an appointment or whatever, is always rude!! I’ve only been here 2 months and still can’t get my medication cause this place is so unorganized. I’ll update when I FINALLY get seen.

I started using military hospitals a couple months after the fall of Saigon. 48 years ago.In that time I've had some really good medical care, and some suboptimal care. The best medical services ever have been a MACH.Last week I went into MACH and Doctor Delaney saw me.Absolutely the most comprehensive professional care I have ever received. The very lengthy list of medical issues presented to her were addressed correctly.Labs were ordered, prescriptions filled. Really a friendly efficient doctor that accomplished the long list quickly and effectively. It is rare to find anyone in any profession with her ability and willingness to listen actively so precisely.Although I have read the other reviews , my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Really perfect.

Service with the provider was fine. It's the pharmacy that's an issue. Waited 40 minutes to be called up and an additional 1.5 hrs. To be receive the prescription.

Exceptional care last night in the ER for my son. The Nurse and the Doc were a dynamic duo. They were very compassionate. The wait was not long… within 1 hour of us being there my son got medications to help him feel better.

I just want to thank and praise all the staff involved in my labor and delivery process; all the doctors, specialists, the people from the cafeteria, floor staff, etc. Big special thanks to the nurses that accompanied me during my labor, and my postpartum stay. You guys were AMAZING and we really felt appreciated and supported by everyone. It was a great experience having my baby here. God bless y’all. ❤️

Martin Army isn't like it used to be. You have to wait for hours just to get bloodwork. Someone needs to come in and observe. It is absolutely ridiculous. This new system isn't working.

Visited the ER on 9/21 during the evening hours. While there, I had the displeasure of hearing and witnessing the front desk and the triage nurse who did the intake, talking about a patient, laughing, and referring to the patient in very derogatory and racist ways. Upon making eye contact with them they stopped talking and went to the back for a while. So long another patient showed up and had to wait for a while for someone to come back. Meanwhile, the nurse in the intake/triage room was laughing so hard it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to all of us sick patients in the waiting room. We decided to leave and not receive care nor will be coming back. Sadly, these nurses and caregivers are who our services member encounter.
