Puts Amazon package as “out for delivery” at 8am, check my mail box at 4pm I have mail but the package isn’t outside at all, check informed delivery it says by 6:15 and still not here when the post office closes at 5….. how can you deliver the stuff in the mail box but not the package

I know google reviews barely do any good at changing anything, but I truly have never been so disrespected by a public service member. Management at this office should be ashamed of how one of their employees treat the family of a service member. Claiming that I “have an attitude,” when all I was was apologetic for a mistake that I was very open about. Management could easily watch their tapes back and confirm that I was being shamed for such a small misunderstanding. And to say that I was “holding the line up?” As the postal worker was in the middle of scanning all of my packages. Me moving quicker was not going to change the outcome. After she covered up my return label that I had just written, she never offered to let me rewrite the return label. I had to ask, so that if my packages got lost in the mail, they could at least be returned to me. And when I did, she gave me such attitude. I said I was sorry, and was not knowledgeable on exactly where the return address goes on a cardboard box! I’m disgusted by the behavior of some people and their lack of emotional intelligence. As someone who directly works with clients and the public on a daily basis, have some class, and maybe some understanding that not everyone is perfect (like you).

Sooooo why are they still labeled under Fort Moore and not Ft Benning and use two different zip codes??!! Ok don’t lose my damn mail!!!!

Not sure why this post office exists. Literally all packages get delayed once transferred to them for delivery. I would expect no less from any government and military operation which is why I can’t wait for retirement.
Recommend we let the city handle our packages and delete this post office from existence.

Had an important package that was delivered EMPTY to my mailbox…I was waiting on it, so as soon as the mailman left I ran out to get it (I had a box too). I got everything inside and noticed the package from the mailbox was opened and empty! I left and tried to find the mailman in my neighborhood, no such luck so I went straight to the post office on main post. Spoke with the manager who said they haven’t seen my item. So I now have to get a refund or replacement!
