Probably my favorite gym on Moore. A lot of spots to squat and deadlift. Same goes with chest but not lot of benches from what I’ve seen. I like how the dumbbells and cardio machines have their own room and the turf for sled drags. Also a 24/7 gym too so can’t complain there

Whittington is THE BEST GYM on base. Minus a swimming pool, it has it all (cardio, crossfit, monkey bars, boxing, wrestling, bodybuilding, non standard machines, stretching….oh and the actual ACFT testing facility is amazing for conducting record tests with your unit

I like the 24h schedule as it provides me with the flexibility to exercise on my schedule. The inside temperature is right where it needs to be.

Located on Harmony Church and features 24,000 square feet of full range Hammer Strength plate loaded equipment, Nautilus Selectorized Strength Equipment, cable crossovers, squat racks, ultimate Sorinex Battle Rig, and a large functional fitness area. There are also fitness rooms for cardio, spin, wrestling, dumbbells and more. We are open 24/7 but you must register in person.
