Overcooked some of my chicken or it was mixed in with fresh food but sandwich was rubbery ...fries way to salty...and everyone kept acting like they couldn't hear

First time trying Zaxby's!! I'm a fan. Great flavor, well cooked, seasoned fries, and several sauce choices.

Grilled Cobb Zalad is actually really good!!! So many toppings. Clean store. Great customer service, too!
