This store lost all my packages and blamed it on USPS. Then they all laughed at me when I said that didn't make sense. I have been doing business with UPS for years. The manager and staff need to be fired immediately and replaced with a staff that cares. I even had a rented box there. I will discontinue that. Very unprofessional. They just did not care at all. Do not do business here. Worst service I ever saw.

I am disappointed. I ordered 4 packages only got 1. The employees they don’t care, they don’t offer any help. They blame usps for their mistake. This is the worst ups I have dealt with and it’s embarrassing considering that I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving.

Delays all deliveries for over a week

They don’t care. I’ll go in there multiple times to pick up packages and they’ll say they don’t have it, then 2 days later I’ll go in and suddenly it’s there with a sticker saying they received it 4 days ago.
This time it was a week, it’s 1/13, I just picked up a package that they received on 1/6. I picked up other packages on 1/10, 1/8, and 1/6… I asked if they had anything else and told them I was looking for another package each time.
Every time. Without fail. I’m paying them money so they can delay my mail is so maddening…

The manager Kathia helped me send 13 individual packages across the world and was extremely helpful during rhe process. She was not annoyed nor did she rush me. Great customer service

Absolutely rude employee. The lady employee with brown curly hair that worked today 4/17/24 is so rude. She needs to be retrained or spoken to. Always has an attitude and makes smart faces at customers. Completely walks away when you’re trying to work with her and ship out packages. This is the second time i’ve had a terrible interaction with her. When i see her behind the counter when i have to ship something i dread it. Do something about this lady.
