I have been with Aaron's since 2017...and used the Aaron's in brainerd and Cleveland before.... always happy with sales and service. I recently moved my account to fort O....and the head man there Sean... doesn't consider anyone's time but his important. Have waited on TV stand for over a month....had to call and remind him of the order...and it still hasn't shown up. Called him Thursday to go look at a speaker....he said he would be there till 7. I showed up at 6:30 and he was already gone....my business was not important to him. To save yourself from being ignored.... I suggest using another location or different company.

The staff, especially a gentleman named Sean, were always helpful and accommodating.
I would definitely consider this store over others of this type simply because of the ease in acquiring rent to own items.

I have never been so disappointed in Aaron's I order a china hutch it took a month for them to let me know they got one in it wasn't the color I wanted but I said I would take the one that had came in they were going to put it together and employee called me and said they believe there were some pieces missing and they thought a glass was broke they told me they would call me back and let me know I never received a call back I had to call them and was told yes there were pieces missing and glass was broke after waiting a month I could not even say we're sorry we will do what we have to do to find you a china hutch I have done a lot of business with Aaron's and this is the first time no one would stay in touch with me I do know when Tina the manager was at the fort Oglethorpe store she really worked hard for her customers right now I don't know if I will ever go back to Aaron's

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist me. I lost my job in June. It’s currently August. I had gotten a washer and dryer. They worked with me allowing me to keep my items. Sabrina worked extra hard to assist me. Tim is a great guy who understood the circumstances. Richard who is the general manager is also very understanding and supportive to his team.The main thing to do with any situation is to simply keep communication up with them. They will work their hardest to make sure that you’re taken care of. I recommend this store to anyone in the Chattanooga area. I will forever be grateful for how they helped me in a very difficult part of my life.

Sabrina at the battlefield parkway in Georgia location is awesome. Great customer service and very friendly. Always willing to work with me and help keep everything on track. Will definitely do business with her again

Don't shop here these people are useless they took my money a month ago. I canceled the following day, and have still yet to receive a refund Sabrina is rude, and has no idea how to do her job. I've been juggled back and forth between them and corporate. Tim Banks the (regional) never even heard from him.
