I have never been so disappointed in Aaron's I order a china hutch it took a month for them to let me know they got one in it wasn't the color I wanted but I said I would take the one that had came in they were going to put it together and employee called me and said they believe there were some pieces missing and they thought a glass was broke they told me they would call me back and let me know I never received a call back I had to call them and was told yes there were pieces missing and glass was broke after waiting a month I could not even say we're sorry we will do what we have to do to find you a china hutch I have done a lot of business with Aaron's and this is the first time no one would stay in touch with me I do know when Tina the manager was at the fort Oglethorpe store she really worked hard for her customers right now I don't know if I will ever go back to Aaron's

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist me. I lost my job in June. It’s currently August. I had gotten a washer and dryer. They worked with me allowing me to keep my items. Sabrina worked extra hard to assist me. Tim is a great guy who understood the circumstances. Richard who is the general manager is also very understanding and supportive to his team.The main thing to do with any situation is to simply keep communication up with them. They will work their hardest to make sure that you’re taken care of. I recommend this store to anyone in the Chattanooga area. I will forever be grateful for how they helped me in a very difficult part of my life.

Sabrina at the battlefield parkway in Georgia location is awesome. Great customer service and very friendly. Always willing to work with me and help keep everything on track. Will definitely do business with her again

Don't shop here these people are useless they took my money a month ago. I canceled the following day, and have still yet to receive a refund Sabrina is rude, and has no idea how to do her job. I've been juggled back and forth between them and corporate. Tim Banks the (regional) never even heard from him.

I have a refrigerator from Aaron's. I I came home on a Friday evening and everything in my refrigerator was ruined the refrigerator had quit working I called them twice they never sent a service man out here. I will be making a phone call to their corporate office!!

I've done business on and off for the last 12 years. Overall I've been pretty much pleased with my business I've had With them. One thing is the fact that they do not report your current credit with them to the credit bureau's. I guess as long as they don't check your credit report before they give you credit Then I guess that's OK.. That's the reason I give a 4 star I would do more like a 3.5 actually Because someone building their credit score with high "starter"interest Deserves the respect. The high price has nothing to do with credit interest. They've got to cover their Losses somewhere theft, theft by deception and failure to pay. That gets passed off to the next customer..you know! They're trying to keep a business afloat with with employees with families depending on that paycheck. Then you have companies that don't offer full time or benefits that presses people to struggle to maintain 2 jobs and expenses that normally would be covered by some form of affordable additional sources. There is a lot of wasted resources that go into maintaining 2 jobs. I know back in a time where companies we're proud of their employees for helping build a brand and name and owners would come through and introduce their self to each employee thoughtfully and gracious. What's a simple common courtesy these days. Just a world that has lost its morals and values. Unfortunately due to circumstances that are beyond my control I'm returning a item I had gotten to help with my credit for something bigger and more important and the cost of recovery after Being in a disability hiatus is more expensive than maintaining. That's enough said with food for thought for all!

I am buying my washer from them have 2 payments left never been late on a payment or I haven't even had to change my date. They have called serval times asking if I wanted anything else so I deside we need a push mower with a bagger for some side jobs.talked to Teresa there about one before the 4th she told me 0 down and they pay washer off since I only owe 2 payments and then 18 dollars a week great went up there yesterday everything changed can't do that on seasonal items all though she knew what I was calling for fine I got over that still wanted it she said it had bagger I went back up there almost got through everything and of course she lies again after telling me a bagger was with it how can she lie so much to a good customer.

They want call you back are give you a straight answer when you ask about your order. I bought and paid off a washer and dryer set . I thought they would want your business but they don't act like it at all.

At a dryer hose burnt with a hole in it and I had a hole in my plug in it's going to the wall I did check into it and it ended up being a power surge went through so I went to the story but I would start and ask for a plug in and the girl was real nice they gave me the plug in and I went home and start myself save time for one of somebody old are coming pretty then so I've already got it in my dryers working fine and I appreciate it playing with the girl did it came down and helped me with that reciprocal I like to do business a little store and I'm hoping to keep up with the business I'm all alone but I did get the appliance before he realized that I got it I guess he must have been asleep not paying attention but when I called about a stove he told me I could not have one because what happened and passed with a refrigerator which I explained to the regional manager and he did get it stopped for me I appreciate doing business with y'all and I'm hoping I can keep on the business I appreciate you taking my survey on what I had to tell about the store thank you.
