Loved switching over to AT&T! Came in with my mom and a broken phone and left with new service and a new working phone! Cameron was amazing and very helpful and patient with the technology issues we were having! Definitely one of the best! He answered any questions we had, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and also stayed over his shift to make sure we were taken care of. Awesome person!

I want to tell you about a most remarkable experience with the AT&T store at Ft O. Nick waited on us and was a wealth of information, patients & kindness. He helped set up three new iPhones,two new watches. Then he helped us understand our bill and made sure we received all the discounts we qualified for. This place generally isn’t bad with service however their time frame needs to be changed. Says they’re open Monday-Friday 9a-8p and already closed before 7p. Today is a Tuesday and I looked to see a sign as to why they closed up early, none was placed anywhere.

My husband and I got new phones. The manager was extremely helpful, not only with the purchases but also with the set up. He was patient and answered all of our questions, and we had several. We felt like valued customers.

NIGHTMARE! Avoid at all costs. I came in to get service and transfer my number from my old carrier. After settling on service and in the process of purchasing, I notice the saleswomen was adding a bunch of extra subscriptions onto my bill. I said I don't want those, she said there wasn't an option to not add them. I said I could clearly see there was an option to not add them, she said it was store policy to add them and that I could call AT&T to have them removed later. At this point I declined service and left. However, about 10 minutes later, my previous phone service dropped. I went back and found out that she had disconnected my service and charged my account an activation fee without my consent. I asked for it to be reversed or the information to get my number back, and was told that she would not do it, and that if I wanted my number back I had to buy service from her. Complete nightmare, scam after scam. Do not even think about going to this location if you don't want a nightmare of your own.

Nick, the store manager, was amazing to work with. His reps, Alex, Mia, and Beth all had great personalities and had me and my bf laughing the whole time. I would recommend anybody come to this store just for the environment alone, not to mention all the stuff they helped with my account. Thanks y'all!

They seem to be able to tell you anything to get their sale done and make you feel happy and ready to go! Then your bills start coming in and you realized they lied, didnt mention or show fine print details or omitted them completely just to make it all look better and get your money and you trapped into buying a phone to get out of your contract. Sadly, its all he said, she said and I doubt they would allow you to record convos with employees to prove that they are false advertising in order to get more money from customers thinking they are saving money. Ive been told I could trade iphones, when I couldnt until almost too late and still out a bunch of money, that I would save more money than I would, wrong quotes, and then the one person there has a terrible attitude and is lazy and always on her phone. 1/10

Store hours that are advertised are not the hours this store actually operates on. I’m here now at 7:30pm and they are closed. Google says they close at 8pm and the hours listed on the door says they close at 8pm but the doors are locked and no one is inside.
