I went into this store to get two phones and WiFi. And I repeatedly asked this is for two phones and WiFi. They said yes we understand. It was supposed to be 230 for both services. When my account was created apparently they had a “glitch” in there system and it completely separated my phone and WiFi. We do not have access to our WiFi account. They claimed they would merge our accounts months ago and it still hasn’t happened. And now I paid my phone bill last week. Ik because I’m the one that paid it this month. And now I’ve woken up to my phone being cut off. Thanks for nothing. As soon as it’s possible I am going somewhere else for phone service. This is ridiculous and I’m tired of fight a damn phone company that doesn’t care about its consumers

I went in to upgrade a line. Explained to the girl, with a neck tattoo, that I did not want ANY of the add-ons. I went back a couple of hours later and upgraded another line. I dealt with the store manager this time and double checked that the previous transaction did not have the $6 add-on. She told me that it was automaticaly added. It was not added to the second line because I stood there and complained about not wanting it After 2 days, I checked my bill. Not only did the first girl add the $6 add on, she added a $25/month home protection plan and a 500gb storage on top of it. The AT&T rep on the phone explained to me that since it was not an AT&T store, they received a huge commission for these extras. Hixson, TN is the only true AT&T store in this area. Also, the lady with the neck tattoo, did not give us a receipt when all of this was done. Be careful when dealing with this store.

3 ladies. Didn't move an inch out of their seats to come help. Also didn't help at all even at their desk for me to extend my service. Thought y'all got paid for that. Went to the next one and got a new phone.

The best AT&T experience I've had and I've been with AT&T since they were Cingular Wireless. Kennedy asked what I needed. I said, "upgrade two phones, add a line for a watch and remove a tablet line that hasn't been used in 3 years." She responds, "I can upgrade both and add the watch, but the line you have to call AT&T." No run around, no difficulty, just matter-of-fact. Love it. Called and had taken off when I returned home. I just turned in the two previous phones today and thanked her again. I requested the auto-add of NextUp be removed while I was turning in phones. She let me know you can only do that through the app or calling. Store and Kennedy are great. AT&T still up to their nickel and dime schemes. Make sure you check what's auto-added to your account and take care of it timely. It's a hassle every time I have to change something on my plan and has been for decades. That is the world we live in as SaaS and the spinoffs are pushed into every aspect of our lives until Corporatism disguised as Capitalism finally collapses. Go see Kennedy and her team if you want a no frills smooth customer experience.

Probably the least helpful bunch of folks I have ever deal with. Again today my wife tried to get some help and they prove to be nothing more than a warm body occupieieng an open position. No patience with customers and they seem to expect you to how to do their job.

Alex at the Battlefield Parkway location rocks. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he explained how my bill would appear after adding a line and a new device. He was friendly and professional. Everyone was actually.

I went in because my service was slow and was told it was because my data was only 5Gigs, so I increase to 10 gig, for a $40 payment and my plan didn’t change. Went in to other ATT store on Gunbarrel and they said there is nothing they could do to help

I recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience with the AT&T 'authorized' retailer in Fort Oglethorpe, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. When I initially contacted this location, they 'quoted' me a seemingly reasonable price of $108 for two lines, including trade-ins for two iPhones. However, my experience quickly soured.Upon receiving our phones, we were shocked to discover unexpected charges of $65 and $84 on top of a phone bill of $236. We were not informed of these additional costs during our initial interaction, leaving us feeling deceived and frustrated. The lack of transparency and hidden fees are inexcusable. What made matters worse was the retailer's decision to add on the "next upgrade" feature, despite our clear statement that we did not want it. This blatant disregard for our preferences is not the kind of service one should expect from a reputable provider like AT&T.To add insult to injury, the retailer insisted that we had to purchase phone protection and assured us that we could remove it later. However, upon reaching out to AT&T's customer service, we learned that we were not required to opt for phone protection. This misinformation and false insistence on add-ons is unethical and reflects poorly on the retailer's integrity. What infuriated me the most was the revelation that this establishment is not even an official AT&T store but merely an authorized retailer. This distinction is not adequately conveyed to customers, and it leaves a bad taste in one's mouth when you realize that you have been dealing with a third-party entity rather than the actual company.Lastly, I'm not entirely upset with the employees; they are probably using those practices for commission or under managers' orders for quotas. In conclusion, my experience with the AT&T authorized retailer in Fort Oglethorpe was riddled with hidden charges, disregard for customer preferences, and misleading information. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with this establishment and to consider seeking services directly from AT&T to avoid the frustrating and deceptive practices that I encountered.

First things first, Connor and Amari are absolutely the best. I came into the store after the aftermath of an unruly customer and let me tell you, Amari handled it like an absolute perfect manager. she promptly dismissed the ridiculous customer screaming at the employee's and without missing a beat, continued to help other customers in the store.Alex and Connor have been working hard on a weird issue with my mothers phone for days now , fighting back and forth with apple support and we finally got the phone unlocked and reset for trade in before my time ran up. They really put in the extra work at this store to insure you get the absolute best care and i wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy a phone from. The actual phone buying process was frightening and The team here really made it such an easy choice , displaying the current promotions and ways to save money in the process of upgrading my services. As someone whos worked with the public in fort O for 20 years at the dmv and the post office i can tell you for sure... the people here are ROUGH. You are in good hands here, any day of the week.

FIND ANOTHER STORE TO SERVICE YOUR NEEDS!!!!!! First and foremost this store customer service sucks plain and simple. The little short troll with the bad fro wig of an manager Amira and the tattooed meth head associate Conner lack customer service skills in it's entirety. on 10/03/23 I had a family member come in with a phone that needed a new SIM card Conner instead of helping this said family member with their phone issues he never even took one look at what type of phone we were needing help with he automatically wrote this said family member off and stated they did not have what we were needing for this certain phone instead of doing his job to see if they had what was needed for this phone. So on 10/04/23 I had that family member go back to the store because the corporate AT&T advised us that they could service us to fix this phone in question, that family member walked into this store and was asked to get the hell out by the short troll of a manager with the bad wig. The short troll of a manager was asked for her Managers number and she stated she can't provide that information. I did call the corporate AT&T back I spoke with a Kia and a Robert as well as an Angel in their customer relations department whom where very nice and assisted us with our phone issues I have also sent word to all family and friends who own AT&T phones to never visit this fort oglethorpe location your time and money won't be respected here..

Fort Oglethorpe store associate Conner was very disrespectful and so was his Manager or Door attendant Amira or Amess to a senior citizen instead of attending to the issue that was At hand. Amess or Amira failed to provide her regional managers contact she simply stated his name is Daniel and he can only be contacted through her I advised Amess that I will be contacting her corporate office she said she didn't care.. please do better when selecting people to work for you the customer service is non existent
