So far I really like this Salon. It is fairly close to my home. My stylist was Christy. She did a great job of thinning my hair and shaping it up. I have another appointment with her. I’m looking forward too it.

i didn’t want to leave a review but i had a job interview and these girls are all very white (this is crucial information). if you have textured hair/damaged hair, don’t go here they will not know how to manage or do your hair. they will critique you and criticize the entire time and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. a few of the girls need to get their licensed renewed because of this. they had me leaving looking like a fluffy poodle when all i wanted was my hair straightened that’s it. i have very long and thick hair and they all made a face about it. i felt bad for not leaving a tip but i didn’t even wanna pay after what they had me looking like. i had to go to a different salon before my interview where they did me right.(also they charged me 25$ for this. the girl who did me right usually charges 14$ but because of how god awful and fluffy and kinky they left my hair she did it for free) DONT GO HERE.

My sister lost a little boy and she struggles during the holidays. My sister's husband set up a "day of beauty" for her. She left this salon in tears. The salon owner was dismissive and implied that the loss of a child year ago was less traumatic then one of her stylists going through cancer presently. Long story short, people should not be talking about triggering topics in a room full of strangers. The owner said "how were we supposed to know she'd lost a son" you should be conducting yourselves with a certain level of professionalism since this is a customer service job. When confronted she implied my sister was the problem and implied that my sister was just being sensitive to a conversation happening around her. I have a wonderful stylist and my sister will be well taken care of moving forward thanks so much for y'alls lack of care and compassion towards your customers.
