The cashier that came in while I was in line was slamming her keys or whatever was in her hands and mad that she had to work for the fourth
She also kept resetting my receipt so I would have to keep putting my email address in and I just wanted to leave but I couldn’t until the transaction was finished
I asked her if I had to put my email in and she wouldn’t answer me and I attempted to put it in three times and she just gave me the go to hell look but wouldn’t speak to me until right before I left to cover her butt so say have a nice day but I will definitely not ever come in this location again

I can always find what I'm looking for at Big Lots. The prices are pretty good and the merchandise plenty. I would recommend this Big Lots to anyone wanting to find a deal.

Yesterday afternoon around 2:30 I went to return a gift I bought. I didn't have the receipt but the website said I could get an in-store credit for it. The young man at the register told me I couldn't return anything without a receipt. I told him what the website said. He repeated that I couldn't and showed me that the item would not scan without a receipt. I asked why the website would say I could return it.. He just shrugged like he couldn't care less. I went on and did some shopping. I came back to his register to check out ( he was the only one). He rang up my stuff with out saying a word to me, not even mentioning that there was a coupon on the receipt which all the cashiers do. I looked at the return policy on the back of the receipt and showed it to him. He acted like he still couldn't do it. I insisted and asked for the manager. Then he tried to see what he could do. Using my rewards number, which he had to ask for 3 times, he pulled up the transaction and was able to issue me a store credit, which he handed to me without a word. I know good help is hard to find, but this was crazy!

I am not a big lots fan
