So been on the road all day. It is ow 8:15 pm. Walked inside to have a meal and sit down and was told take out only. Website says hours are until 10pm. Very unprofessional. Just because you don't want to clean up when your suppose to. Dosnt mean customers get neglected ...0 out of 10. Long john 1 mole away and very pleasant and welcoming.

I haven't dined there in over 3yrs.But the restaurant looks dated. The men's bathroom for only one person at a time,all employees and manger were not wearing uniforms and the food was warm ? too. I thought I was in corner market fast food eatery. Day Shift Mgr needs training in people skills, helpful employees need proper guidance.Captain D's sign about fall down, peeling,not enough outdoor lighting.

Cooks in the back yelling out curse words due to messed up orders. Nasty dining room and kitchen. Not answering phone calls he was mad. Overall not a good experience and will not be back for another trip. Do better!

The Manager on Day shift the one that has different color hair and nose piercings . She is RUDE her EMPLOYEES yelling at them as soon as they walk in the door with customers in line . The poor man on the drive thru was having a hard time understanding the computer” needs more training “ the Manager told him that it wasn’t that hard to understand at all . Apparently From a managers perspective this is UNCALLED FOR . Not only this but the manager is yelling at employees in the back and the whole restaurant can hear her. Instead of stepping up and help get orders out she disappears to the back . After waiting 30 mins to get my food the lady comes and tells me that they don’t have enough fish to fill the orders . So if the MANAGER would have been doing her job in the first place then she could have told me this from the start.I was returning after a back experience last night when my husband came and ordered 2 kids chicken meals 4 piece spicy fish and 2 stuff crabs. That was 50.00 some how . When we got home we got someone else order. The night manager said they were really busy apparently not No cars in the parking lot and employees standing outside smoking weed…. Had to drive 10 miles to get our stuff . Returning home only to eat cold food.We will NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE.

The food was A1 it’s top tier. When I took the first bite of my fish i was jumping up and down. It was crispy. I DEVOURED the food literally. The girl at the counter was very respectful and had good manners and also made me laugh. I will definitely be coming back to get me some of that good food.

We really enjoyed our meal. This place has really improved within the past year. The food was hot and fresh. The young lady on the front counter was new but did an awesome job! Hey y'all the sweet tea is worth the visit lol ?

The service was horrible had to wait for food they forgot to put something on our order that we asked for the macaroni and cheese look like it had been chewed up and spit out it was horrible the fries were cold for what you paid for the food was absolutely horrible would not go back don't waste your time going
