Bought 2 pairs of jeans. They fit great while in the store. I washed them so I could wear them and they expanded, now they are 2 sizes too big. I called and asked the store for an exchange or instore credit and they refused they said I washed then so nothing they can do to help me. I asked well why would this have happened. She rudely said well you said you lost weight. I said no mam I never said that. She said oh well. If your products that you sell are of such poor quality you should at least offer instore credit

I walked into this location at 619 p.m. on Tuesday October the 24th 2023. I understood that this location was closing at 7:00, but I still had 40 minutes to shop. I also work in retail not far from this location and had just gotten off work I was not going to make her wait for me to leave for her to close I understand that can be stressful when all you want is to go home. All I needed was to look for a specific pair of earrings. When I walked through the door I smiled at the only employee working and the only person in the building might I add and in the middle of me trying to say hello. She made eye contact with me and said DAMN IT! I felt disrespected and that behavior was uncalled for. So to whoever working on this day and this time needs a lesson in customer service!!
