Came to the cricket store this morning to get my husband's phone looked at. Hours posted are 10 am to 8 pm. I took the morning off work to come with my husband since they won't do anything unless I am there. 10:45 am and no one is here yet. I've always had great service at this store, until today.

extremely rude staff, went in for a problem with phone number and got talked down too the entire time. Will not go back.

Went to this location to buy a new phone, our grandchild was with us and they proceeded to open his phone and the customer service guy started smelling the phone, saying it smelled like cigarettes and someone's been smoking around him and lectured the grandparent. Mind your own business which is to sale phones. We don't smoke around our grandkids but for your info, it is not illegal in the state of georgia to smoke in the car with your child even though personally, I would never do that since I don't smoke. I'm just appalled that some idiot would state the law to customers.

Terrible phone company to deal with. My son has a phone with Cricket. I have paid his bill so many times, but every time you go into the store they give me a hard time, and also on the phone. I am trying to pay a bill, not attain information. The gentlemen was rude, and when his phone broke under insurance, we absolutely did not receive any help at another store in Chattanooga. I have his password and information also, so I can take care of the bill and wasn't allowed to pay it. I would never have Cricket service. His bill is always a different price constantly.

Employees add protection to your lines without permission. This is fraud and a violation of Crickets terms of service. Common practice with Mobile link staff.

I’m sharing my experience at this particular location because of the great customer service displayed on 2 different occasions! I Have an 80 year old friend with an android phone and I use an IPhone so I’m not familiar with his phone but he needed help and we went and a sales associate named Noah was able to address his problem immediately. That was several weeks ago, well today my friend called and needed to email a photo to one of his friends and of course not being familiar or technological savvy enough to do it with his phone we went to Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. again and Noah wasn’t there but young man named David was and he went above and beyond what I would’ve expected from a sales associate/support guy. I know for a fact that when I need a new iPhone I will certainly get a price quote from Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. Both Noah and David were very knowledgeable and above all HELPFUL! Way to go guys, that’s a great way to expand Cricket’s customer base ‼️??

Right now I am not a happy customer, I brought a phone last Saturday and I took the phone back on Tuesday trying to get a refund I was told that they were short on cash, it was in the morning right after they open but they told me I could take it to another cricket store for a refund all the cricket stores in Chattanooga told me that I would have to go back to the store I bought it from so right now all I'm getting is the run around and also the guy in fort osaid that he was off on Thursdays and Fridays well I've only got to Friday to take the phone back we'll see.

Cricket phone support could not help me. I was told to go to a Cricket store. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Cricket, and they did nothing for me. I walked into the Cricket Store in Fort O, and in less than 10 minutes, the store rep fixed my problem. Received nothing but outstanding support.
