I called CVS pharmacy to have my prescriptions transferred to their store. It was nearly impossible to actually speak to a person. The automated system seems to be designed that way.Needless to say I didn't transfer my prescriptions after all.If a CVS employee cannot pick up the phone and answer a potential customers questions then I certainly cannot trust this company with my medications.Try Walgreens.

The staff at this CVS are always pleasant and willing to assist you . I have been having an issue getting my medication for approx a month and they were good at keeping me aware of the status.

Pretty typical CVS. Employees are friendly and helpful enough. Wait times at the pharmacy are long and you'll never ever reach the pharmacy by phone. I use this location mostly because it's close to home and because, let's face it, no one else would be any quicker.

Tried to call to check on a prescription called the first time and got put on hold for 10 mins no one ever answered. Called again and was on hold for 15 mins and no one ever answered. Called again to speak with a manager and pretty much was told oh well they are just busy.

Line and wait time are always super long. Your prescription is going to expire before you get a chance to pay for it. If you have a serious condition please do yourself a favor and use a different location. No matter how many people are in line when it's quitting time they will sneak out instead of helping the 30 people that ha e been waiting for hours.

This is one of the worst CVS stores I have ever tried to work with. I’ve never had a pleasant interaction. I have scheduled vaccinations twice and both times my appointments were cancelled with no explanation and wasn’t given an opportunity to reschedule and when I tried to call, I was on hold for 45 minutes. This time I have tried to call the pharmacy and I have been on the phone for an hour and a half just waiting for someone to answer. I am beyond frustrated and do not plan to ever try and work with this company again.

The pharmacy staff treated me so poorly that I contacted the CVS corporate office and moved my prescriptions to Walgreens. CVS tried to charge me over $90 for a prescription that eventually ended up costing me nothing when it was entered with the correct insurance information, something that apparently they were unable to do.
