Waiting in the drive thru for 1.5 hours and then was told the window is closed because the workers can't keep up! So I go inside to wait in line behind 13 customers

Worst pharmacy on the planet do not use They will make you wait on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. And when you do talk to someone they are rude and will mess up your prescriptions on a regular basis.

They don't have the Staff needed to process your prescriptions. You will wait and wait and they will tell you your medication is ready and it won't be. Terrible Customer Service !

Last week my son had gotten some antibiotics called in. I called at 11:30 am and was told they got his Rx and it would be 2 to 3 hours to fill. I told them it would be fine I wouldn't be there until after 5 pm when I got off work. I got to the window at 6:03 pm . I was told that it would be another 2 to 3 before it was ready. I was frustrated but was told they were short staff so I completely understood and called my husband to pick it up on his way home. He got in line at 8:25 pm and did not pick up the prescription until 9:36 pm. I was asleep with the kids when he got home so I did not check the prescription. I woke up the next morning took my son to the babysitter and we opened the prescription together. The antibiotics was still powder. I called that morning and was told to bring it back by and they would mix it. I couldn't make it that morning because I hate to be at work so I went after work. They mixed it up for me (I don't think the right MLS of water was mixed because we did not have enough to give him the full 10 days). Not even a week later my daughter gets strep and was called in antibiotics. I went through the drive thru after the appt around 11:50 am. They told me they didn't have the medicine called in yet. I was told to call back in an hour. I called back at 1 pm. They told me it was called in but they had to send it back to the doctor because not all the instructions were sent in. I called back at 3 pm and they still has not got the medicine back from the doctor but after asking a few more questions they were trying to go through an old insurance which I had giving the new insurance information at the 1 pm phone call. I told them to deactivate the old insurance and they told me the medicine would be real within the house. I called the babysitter to come sit with the kids so I would go in a get the prescription because the drive thru takes so long. I went in and got my daughters medicine. I went home and realized it was again still powder!!! I drove all they way back to cvs and again got it mixed. Twice in two weeks I got medicine that was not mixed that was supposed to be and told they had new trainees! So can new trainees not read because it said on the prescription twice to mix and was also picked out of a bin that said mix! I will be moving all my prescription to another pharmacy! I would check all medicine! I could have very easily overdosed my kids if I gave them the powder! If 0 was on options that's what I would give!

My prescription was called in at 2:30. First they said they didn’t have any call in prescriptions at 430 when I came to pick them up, but they did. It’s now 6 and still aren’t ready. They had to update my insurance information so I gave them the card. I had to show my ID 6 times. then they called me while I was waiting for my insurance information and when I tried to send it to a person to make sure it was on file since he wrote my personal information down, it rang for over 7 minutes before I hung up and came back in. Then when I finally get to pay for them, had to show my ID 2 more times and they didn’t put in my insurance. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

I had went to CVS for my sugar diabetes medicine and got racially profiled telling me that they would not serve me because I asked a question about being racially profiled the boy followed me in three aisles and then I confronted him the pharmacy heard me confront him and the next week when I went back to get my sugar diabetes medicine which I was out they denied me saying that I yelled in the store and I told them the reason why I kind of got is because I was being racially profiled like if I was still in something still doesn't give you all the right to deny me my sugar diabetes medicine

We’ve been customers for 6 years , customer service has just gotten worse and worse as time has gone by. Today I decided we’d just switch pharmacies altogether after dealing with rude drive thru lady. I’m not one to complain and have never left a bad review on anything before but if you aren’t able to work with the public around the holidays (or anytime) without being rude and argumentative, find a new job.

They could answer their phone. The Fort Oglethorpe and The Lafayette Store Pharmacies WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

Slower than Christmas. All the time. I'm supposed to have an RX on auto-fill and it didn't fill until I requested it. What is the point?

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened. I couldn't remember a stupid birthday so the girl wouldn't give me my prescription. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF ASKING FOR A FREAKING DRIVERS LICENSE?? I WILL BE TRANSFERRING MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ALL MY FAMILY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Needed a glucose machine prescription filled, literally refused to figure out which one my insurance would cover. Well at first I didn’t have my insurance id number. Apparently they can’t pull you up by your social security number like Walgreens. Got that straightened up. Anyway I traveled there 4 times and called 3 times. Basically they didn’t know what machine my insurance would cover, so they told me it was up to me to call my insurance to ask them which ones was covered.
