Let's just say I hate being on hold specially for an hour, when I got got a message about 8 hours ago saying that my script is getting filled then I try and call them again an hour hold and all the pharmacy said was yeah well we been slammed all day.... no apology nothing but attitude.no thanks I'll take a my business elsewhere

As a delivery person, I don't deserve to be treated like I'm lower than you! I can't help if restaurants don't get orders or side items correct! Bags are sealed for your protection!!! I ask if things are there, and if they say yes, that's all I can do. I delivered to pharmacy and tried my hardest to accommodate 2 deliveries when the restaurant messed everything up! I'm sorry this happened, but not my fault!

There is one pharmacist to take care of any issues on drive-thru and in-store shopping. We came in to get the latest COVID vaccine, a flu shot and pneumonia shot. There was nobody in line in front of us, but we had a bit of a wait for the harried pharmacist to get to us. The "room" for receiving the shots was a small space marked off with temporary office cubicle partitions. The pharmacist was professional and efficient. We had one problem with a refill request not being sent to the prescribing physician, but corrected before running out. They are very good about keeping us informed about refills and new prescriptions.

If I could give a 0, I most certainly would. I call late so I am on hold about 30 minutes. Call anytime before 1am and you will wait 1hr. Even when you get someone on the phone, they are rude, short, cut you off because someone more important is in the drive thru.This pharmacy is A JOKE!There are a few polite staff that want to help and it is so sad when young staff ask a pharmacist for help only to be belittled, ignored, roll their eyes at them RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER!CVS Cares???? CVS CAREMARK! Who do you care about!? Certainly not your customers or staff that make your pharmacist job even possible!If this continues, I will name drop because you should be ashamed how you treat staff and more importantly your customers! Wow! Care should not be a part of your brand!Heaven forbid your loved ones call and get treated the way we do. You would be livid!

I had to graduate!! I've been here since they opened. Service has declined so much at this particular CVS. I can't seem to get things done here in real time it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a prescription filled etc. I moved to the CVS in Ringgold on Battlefield parkway and get awesome service and my prescription will be ready in an hour or so. Now I'm willing to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else because it's worth it!! I hope they find a way to get their balance back.

I would not recommend this location nor recommend CVS for much more than gum or maybe OTC aspirin. We left them due to the limited availability of some prescriptions and the inability to contact anybody by phone. Now we have left, and after repeated contact that we no longer use CVS, obviously. They are still contacting our physicians for refill authorization. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Your nerves will thank you.

I have shopped with CVS for over 20 years as did my Mama before she went to Heaven in 2016.A few months ago there was a situation with a pharmacist and store manager. The pharmacist apparently thought he knew more than my doctor. Instead of answering my original question he spent several minutes telling me how wrong my doctor was. Later I spoke with someone higher up who told me my doctor was right.When I told the manager I heard her tell the front worker "I guess I better text him" and then she sat on the floor behind the counter using her phone.In combined years with my Mama, I have NEVER seen anything like this. I'm glad for the post about a woman's Mother.I still shop a little a store but nothing major. I go to my former CVS.

Dropped off prescription at 7pm and was told it was in stock iand would be ready in an hour.I came at 12 am the next day and they stated they wouldn't be able to fill the prescription.I told them what was said the night before and that it was needed for a dental appt in an hour.They ask me to wait a minute, then returned saying they will have it ready in 5-10 minutes. ????Really!?They pick and choose who and when they want to help. Unbelievable at best.Now I've been on hold for over 18 minutes.No one will take a moment to simply answer the phone .Very, VERY poor to non-existent service.Pitiful.Go elsewhere

Racist at every point. My friend went in to fill her son's flu meds and also bought stuff inside and even told the cashier that she was gonna wait for it outside in the car. 10 cops show up to run her information because an employee called about a suspicious car and people inside it. All because she wasn't white! This location will never again get any business from my family and I will do my best to make sure everyone knows not to go to this location EVER AGAIN!!

Was on the phone for 1 hour today before anyone decided they wanted to pick up the phone. Every time I call its like that. Amdvthe prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. I mean I know they are busy but they can at least answer the phone to let people know if their prescriptions are ready our not so people dont waste their time and gas to drive up there just to be told its going to be another 45 minutes before the prescription is ready

Theodore in the pharmacy was SO slow! I dropped my rx off and returned 3 hrs later and still sat for 30 mins in the drive thru waiting. Theodore waited on multiple people at the counter while we waited! Hooooorrrrriiiiibllllle
